Before, the Ethernet cable in my room was left hanging out of the wall, and the wiring closet was a complete mess due to a previous technician's sloppy work. Nothing was labeled, cables were tangled everywhere, and it was nearly impossible to trace or use the connections properly. After hiring this technician, everything changed.
