After getting quoted a little over $300 from a vender that partners with Costco, I was a little taken back by the price, as I have just a 2017 Ford Fiesta. My key was still technically working, so I figured I would just wait til it gave out since I didn't think I would find anything that would beat Costcos prices. Then yesterday, when my husband and I went to eat with my parents, my dad suggested this spot, and man did he come through! Not only did we pay less than half of what we were quoted by Costco, but the service was excellent & our key was ready by the time we finished walking around the Dollar tree that was near by. He was still that fast despite not even having the key we needed on hand & had to have someone bring it to him. Horrible customer service after making a mistake three times still invalidated my concerns as a paying . Customer accused me of just wanting a free key after unprogramming, my main key He was going to leave us without a working key Made us drive three separate times and said it wasn't his fault when they made an error three times and showed up late after setting up an appointment with us. Rude manager, speaking over me while I'm trying to talk and accusing me of wanting free keys. Screaming at me saying I'm not gonna give you a free key And accusing me of wanting to start problems when in fact, he was being unprofessional all I requested was for a full refund and to keep the key that he messed up three times ! Brought a key in thats already been programmed and asked to have it cut. They cut the key but ended up, I had the wrong key design so that was a waste. That's on me but I would think they would catch that BEFORE cutting. They offered me a key where they can take the chip from my old key and when they did it, the chip no longer registered with my car. I tested MULTIPLE times right before bringing it in and it worked. All of a sudden it didn't work after they worked on it, and of course they mentioned that the new key they offered with my old chip needs to be reprogrammed again..aka UPCHARGE. Along with that, they kept changing the price on me so BE CAREFUL with the agreed price and charge price along with the price they enter into the system before swiping your credit card. 3 times he tried to change the price and I had to correct him. I still don't believe why the chip stopped working after they worked on the key. Can't say I trust them. Giving Stars only for their low prices. read more

MY experience with the guys here, 100% legit. They replaced my ignition/ key cylinder within 1 1/2 hrs as promised at a good price. My key was stuck & i couldn't remove it whatsoever. I can honestly say, hands down this was a life saver for me. I called in the morning to explain my situation. Jose was sent to my house and got right on the problem with my cars ignition issue. My ignition locked and i couldn't start my car. The night before i was stranded but managed to start my car and get home. I couldn't continue to risk that again. So this morning one of my drivers, (we run Ikill Pest Control) our work vehicle was having an issue with the ignition key not working, would not turn. Needed to make copies of my small gym locker key and was looking everywhere and happened to stumble upon this place. I called a couple local locksmiths and went to 2 home depots and they didnt have the right blanks that i needed This place is located is a small little drive up shack in the middle of big parking lot. The guys working was very nice and courteous. I told him what i needed and he was able to get them done. I needed 10 copies but sadly he only had 9 blanks. It was ok with me since no one else around could do them anyways. He did al 9 of them in less than 10 minutes and charged only $1.25/key which was really cheap. He even included a key ring for each. Fast- it only took about two three minutes to pick the key choice, and have it made... No line., outdoors in a small looking yellow hut with a red roof....lots of sizes even hard to find keys places like walmart don't carry....precise, good prices negotiable y se hablan espanol! Also reading other reviews I've never seen young guys, I've always dealt with an elderly man who speaks semi English so I speak Spanish to him. Plus why would you tell someone where you live? . Do not underestimate their appearances!. Needing a copy of a recent new Honda car I just got (because who knows the car keys might be unfortunately lost), they did a fantastic job. And at a very cheap price too. Before coming here, I went to another older locksmith (who I thought was more experienced because he's been there at his location for more than 5 years) and not only was the key copy more expensive, but it was a rip-off. You had to force the key in the door, and force it again to start up the engine. Ugh. And even when I talked to him about the key not fitting in (for a possible refund), he grabbed PLIERS to turn the door and said the key works . Yes. It took him PLIERS. So basically he screwed up my car door. So I went to these guys (skeptical at first) later since they were nearby, and the key copy that they made fits in very smoothly! Just like the original honda key (without going to the very expensive dealer ) I was so pleased with my car key copy, that just in case, I made another one so I have 2 copies. I will definitely be coming here for my key-copying needs when I'm in the area. Oh yea. These two key copies costed me less than $4. Just saying. read more

TERRIBLE experience!!!! I wish I can give it 0 stars I called recently and the younger fellow was in a bad mood ! he was angry at somethinng because I asked him if I would get the key He said very angry " well thats what u want no?!! I neededd to get the car running because I was parked where cant be parked over night so, I let it go , then he told me "send me your location" , I tried ,but it didnt let me so I called him back to give him an address He said I need your excact location !
