Usually companies don't really move us ahead, but Michele was very quick about the appointment books. She first moved me up a week and then she asked me if they could start work the first week of October. Jason, his foreman, and his crew were very quick and knew what they were doing. They got the job done in 2 days for a 1180sq foot house. I want to personally thank Michele for being amazing. She replies very quickly to you even though she's super busy with all the admin work. Our foundation had a crack that needed to have substance put in it and a couple of braces. He gave us a highly competitive quote (we interviewed three companies) and was professional and knowledgeable about our foundation, explaining the procedures for repairs in detail. We had an emergency sewer problem almost immediately after his visit and Michele at the office was very understanding about our timeline when we needed to address the other issue first. Michele was always available to answer our questions and was so kind to offer an understanding ear during our sewer repair emergency. Happily the day of our work was even moved up a few weeks before scheduled which we appreciated due to the holiday. Dustin, Hirhm, and Lance - our foundation team, arrived early the day of work and were friendly and professional as they worked quickly and effectively on the only day projecting afternoon rain for months. The team worked tirelessly under our house for over six hours and explained work to us if we had questions. They cleaned up everything very well and even bussed out the two extra pieces from our foundation that had crumbled off. We needed to replace a wall in our garage that was leaking. The job that CR9 performed was rushed. The flashing that was put in was not straight and ended up having numerous openings to the outside of the house, requiring additional work to "seal off" entrances with 2x4 beams. It should not have been necessary to do this in the first place. There were also exposed nails all over the wall, which were not hammered into the beams but were protruding out. In general, I found the job to have been performed hastily and sloppily. At the end of the job, both of my neighbors whose properties are adjacent to the garage complained about the work. The first neighbor complained that the crew left a mess and did not clean up the sticky black waterproofing material from his property. I asked CR9 to come back, but they did not. A second neighbor showed me that the crew physically cut into her fence when removing our wall, leaving a glaring ~2-inch gap from the top running all the way to the bottom of the fence. I asked CR9 to come back to fix it, but I received no response. I ended up doing the job myself to replace the board. Finally, we had an agreement that CR9 would also fix two dividing panels between us and the first neighbor, as part of the overall job. They made sketches of everything. I had to purchase my own material, which I did. However, after I paid for the waterproofing, the owner Cresencio stopped answering my calls or responding to my texts. Incidentally, he does answer and respond when I call from a different phone number, so I suspect he was deliberately ignoring me. He promised repeatedly to come down, but never did. I called for nearly two months, then got fed up and ended up doing the job myself. Other issues: They only ask for cash, which makes me suspicious about legitimacy. One of the employees who was supposed to fix our fencing after the waterproofing job suddenly quit. I do not know why he quit, but my own experience does not leave me with comforting thoughts. I strongly advise against using this company. There are many quality waterproofing companies around, and this is not one of them.
