I went in for a 45 minute full body massage. It was pay up front and I gave a $10 tip for a total of $70. The massage itself was not overall very good and I asked in the middle for a little more pressure on my shoulders. As i was leaving the masseuse told me it was an extra $10 for hard pressure. My mom invited me to join her and a friend for a foot reflexology. My sister-in-law had got a flyer (with $5 off) 1 week before. I told my mom I would call ahead of time to make sure they had enough masseuses for the three of us. As I have mentioned in my other Yelp about a massage place, I think this should apply to any business.... you must speak English! After 15 minutes of trying to find out over the phone if they had 3 female masseuses available, I set the appointment for only 2 since there was not a third masseuse, but she was trying to tell me to wait after the my mom and her friend were done that I could go after, no I wasn't that desperate for a foot massage. When we arrived, not to my surprise, they could not take my mom & her friend at the same time, because I guess they had a walk-in that worked into the time of our appointment. STRIKE ONE! So one started the foot massage and after 40 min (which is the massage time we selected), she began on my mom's foot massage. The other masseuse finally finishes with her appointment, sits across from the recliners where my mom was getting her relaxing massage, and then the ladies begin to chat. I gave them a couple of minutes to see if they would stop, and they didn't. I walked up to them and told them these ladies (mom's friends first time to a massage place) came here for a relaxing moment, please do not talk during the service. STRIKE TWO! I didn't mention in the beginning of this review that an older gentleman (maybe 80's), with a cane and haunched over, walking slowly walked in while we were still at the front counter. He had never been there and he had asked how much for one hour. He was in extreme pain. The lady just told him how much and walked away. So he sat down and was going to wait. After 5 minutes, I asked him did he want to set a time with them for a massage, he said yes. So I interrupted my mom's massage to ask the lady when is the next available massage for this man waiting at the front, she said it would be around 5pm! She could see that he was sitting at the front! STRIKE THREE. I gave him the info and he left. I cannot believe she was going to let him wait! I am usually fair to give places another chance, but this one is going to be hard. They need an English speaking person to handle the phones and the appointment book! The place is clean, nicely decorated. They only have 4 massage recliners, and two draped rooms for massages. I highly urge you to call before hand if you really need a massage to set up an appointment. This is located in a strip mall of eateries. If you like silence or no disturbing noise bring your music or earplugs. My mom and her friend enjoyed their massage, lucky them. Overpriced, by almost DOUBLE and there is a mandatory 25% tip, which you are charged UP FRONT! I was shocked by their pricing board... $60 for 45 mins, $80 for 60 mins, etc! They wanted to charge me BEFORE I received the massage and TOLD me "Tip is $20", which they were also going to charge me BEFORE the massage. Keep in mind that the "mandatory" $20 tip was for an $80 massage, for a 60 minute service! What's wrong with people?!?! A tip is EARNED by providing GOOD service and a good tip is 20%. This crooked place mandates a 25% tip on a service you haven't even received yet! I told her, I'm not comfortable leaving a tip for a service I haven't received, if it's a terrible massage I wouldn't leave a tip, as it's supposed to be EARNED! She said okay, we'll charge your card a second time at the end for the tip, it's $3 to run your card each time! You have GOT to be kidding!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous. At the end of this HORRIBLE experience... this is how their pricing stacks up... 60 min massage: $80! Cc processing fee: $3 Mandatory 25% Tip: $20 Cc processing fee: $3 TOTAL COST: $106 for an HOUR massage in a dodgy hole in the wall! She then told me to take my Cc to an ATM and come back with cash, to avoid the Cc processing fee twice.... I told her I'd take my business elsewhere! So they put us together. One lady started massaging me and telling me I was beautiful while my husband laid there not having a massage. We asked if he was gonna get one at the same time and the lady used her phone translator to tell me "only time will tell" like what the F?! The massage was literally awful. She rubbed my back for maybe 5 minutes before we said that we were gonna leave. She gave us our cash back. Weird that they even ask for money up front. I wish I knew more about this type of massage before coming here. Firstly, please call and ask about prices first because Google reviews are not accurate. I felt bad because I made an appt based on what I saw online (90 min foot massage for $35) and when I showed up, the price list was very different. I ended up doing the 60 min body massage for $80 because I really needed a massage. You pay upfront. Tip is added upfront and if you use a card, there is an additional service fee or taxes. I didn't really ask what the $5 fee was. I've been to a few similar places before and I notice the women here wear some questionable clothing: tight, low cut shirts and no bras. I'm not saying this is that kind of spa but it does give the wrong idea if anyone was looking one. I was taken to a private room and asked to de-robe but I didn't feel completely comfortable so kept my underwear on. I later find out, it didn't matter because she ended them pulling them down when working on me! The massage is the kind where they do on top of the table at time, using a lot of elbows and forearms. I was so uncomfortable knowing my whole bottom was exposed the entire time. Other massage places cover up parts of you that are not being worked on--- not here. There was just unnecessary massage around that area. Maybe I'm a newbie and others are totally okay with this. The overall massage was just okay for the price. I could have gotten 2 foot/body massages elsewhere for this same price, which was what I was expecting and I should have asked more questions before booking or paying for services. read more

I stumbled upon this place by seeing their ad in the coupon clipper. Let me start by fore-warning you that there is a language barrier when scheduling appointments, so plan to be a little flexible if you arrive and discover they can't fit you in yet. Also, if you are expecting some world class spa for the price, you need to be a little more realistic. This place looks a little sketch from the outside, but the inside is nice. It can be noisy from rude guests who do not quite understand spa etiquette. Many of the employees are very nice, but I believe it is easy for them to get uncomfortable or seem "pissy" when they can't quite understand what you are asking (language barrier) My husband and I came for a couples massage. Pretty nice experience, tables are a little uncomfortable. But for the price, I enjoyed my massage. I came back today for a 50 min Foot Reflexology Massage, I enjoyed this experience very much. You get a nice footbath, a light shoulder/back/neck massage and a wonderful 30 min foot and leg massage. This happens in a room w/ other chairs so don't be suprised if you aren't the only one. First time to receive a foot massage. My aunt invited me several times but a foot massage seemed like it would be a waste of money... It wasn't! I finally took my aunt up on her offer. Loved it and received great service from Ahni. The reason why I took away a star... We had called ahead and requested for all of us (4 in our party) to receive a massage at the same time. We arrived and after a lot of back and forth with the manager on the phone with her employee and talking with my aunt... We finally were able to get our massage. I just thought someone in the spa should have spoken/understood a little English. I feel more sore leaving as opposed to when I came in. $40/hour full body massage seemed like a great idea when I passed by so I tried it out. -No receipts (huh?) -The lady I got seemed to not speak a lick of English which coming from a fifth generation of immigrants seemed okay, but when I tried to tell her I have a plate in my left foot and not to apply ANY pressure on it, left my foot feeling sore as sh*t. -I guess the low prices makes them think they deserve a 50% tip. The massage lady didn't talk or anything and didn't ask me where I was mostly hurting or if I wanted deep tissue. Holy hell she was digging in after being finished I got to pay. The receptionist tells me they charge 2.00 for card payments, uggh ok fine and then tells me minimum tip is 5.00. I'm like seriously you guys make up your own tips. This place sucks! I waited 30 minutes before I get to go to a room then she gave me lukewarm water for my feet. The masseuse started with my head then she disappeared for 3 minutes. Did my arms and left again for 5 minutes to dumped the water. She came back wearing loose gloves to work on my feet and all you can feel and hear we're the gloves that she keeps pulling on! Went here at the last minute and had no problem walking in for 60 min body and 30 min reflexology. Very happy with ambiance (quiet, peaceful music), quality, and overall service. The place is clean and comfortable with space heaters in the room that you can ask them to adjust for temperature. I added the free hot rocks using the yelp offer and they make a huge difference. The gal used good lotion that wasn't greasy and hot towels afterward. The only aspects I wasn't fond of were when she did the "chop chop" on my back and legs, and that they use rubber gloves for the foot massage. I've had reflexology with and without gloves and definitely prefer bare hands. The gloves add friction that can be uncomfortable on the ball, top, and side of the foot. I also don't care much for having rough towels rubbed on my feet. It wasn't bad, just not as calming of a way to end a relaxing massage. Overall I still gave 5 stars because massages are like cars - everyone is looking for a different experience and comfort level. read more

I called before coming in and the lay seemed sweet, I came in and was seen right away, the massage was perfect! I was surprised and was relieved that I gave them a chance, they had a 40% off first time massage if you checked into Yelp. Which was great ! After my massage I got a water bottle for free and the lady even showed me how to et coupons for my next visit. I came feeling like shit and left feeling like a million bucks. My massage was ok, not the best nor the worst of my life but I probably wont be running back to this place again or refer it to a friend. I'm here for a massage not a conversation so that's fine to me. I knew what I was getting into beforehand because I read the Yelp reviews!! Décor was peaceful and simple. It appeared clean. The only suggestions I have would be to have walls of each room go entirely up to ceiling so I don't have to hear disgusting conversation of dirty old man in room next to me and his groans. I've been coming here regularly since around the 1st of the year but have never taken the time to write a review. This is by far the best massage for your money. The staff is very courteous and every masseuse I have experienced provide outstanding therapeutic deep tissue massage. They always ask if I want medium or hard and I always pick hard. My back and shoulders really appreciate their expert ability to identify the problematic area without me mentioning what is stiff or sore. I came across this place because of going to eat Sushi next door. I grabbed a flyer each time I was there that my dtr thought it'd be a great Mother's Day gift, well I decided to go in today ... Big mistake, first off I've had many massages in my 43 yrs of life and this by far was the worst. It hurt from the beginning to the end. My back and waist hurt so much. I'm worse now than before I went in. What was weird was that I came close to yelling my safe word a few times cuz she was a bit to close to my personal spots. Seriously I didn't relax one bit, it was a 50 min massage not a full hour. The foot massage sucked, it did nothing for me. My 7 yr old niece could do a much better job. After I was done and sat in the lobby to wait for my dtr to pick me up the lady at the front yelled Hey Lady to get my attention started saying stuff I could not understand until after the 4th time she wanted to let me know I had to leave a tip. I called to schedule appt for a couples massage they advertised for $70. I'm not sure how much English she understood but there seemed to be a bit of confusion on when we wanted to come in. We arrived on time and was taken in right away. The 'rooms' are just curtained divided spaces, like in a emergency room, so needless to say, no pricey & you hear everything. Not a big deal to me as long as the massage is good. We undressed and they came right in. The massage was ok, I asked for harder, didn't get it. she was hitting all the spots just didn't have the strength to work it enough. too bad. during our session, there was some confusion at the front desk regarding someone's massage, so my masseuse was 'communicating' the times for them to come back, even telling them to come back tomorrow.... I'd be pissed if I was that customer and not come back at all! Needless to say, they need to work on their professionalism... and appointment booking, and yes, hire someone that speaks English. When we were done, I realized we were only worked on for 45 min.... I was so disappointed already I didn't even bother to comment on it.
