Per staff if using online booking we have to book it at least a day before (good to know, although I wish we had that heads up/information somewhere to be informed about it). Last time I have booked a massage a day before only to be called on the day of the massage 2 hours earlier than the supposed scheduled massage if they could move it on a later time which I couldnt agree cause of prior comitments I had for that day so I ended up being cancelled. We called "AAA Elite Spa" and a very courteous lady answered the phone who same as the others, told us that they were booked... but, she also asked if we would like to book for the following day. This wonderful lady apologized and we hung up the phone... approximately ten (10) minutes later, same lady said that she had shifted a couple of her scheduled Clients that were more than happy to helped out and that she "AAA Elite Spa" can fit us in and give my wife and I a massage. professional and caring staff.
