It lacked spice and flavor, which was disappointing considering how rich and flavorful this dish typically is. We also ordered the Chicken 65, and unfortunately, that was another miss. The taste was unpleasant, and neither dish left us wanting another bite. To make matters worse, we discovered a long strand of hair in our garlic naan, which was honestly pretty off-putting. We also ordered papadum that never made it to our table. Thankfully, we weren't charged for it, but it was still another oversight during an already disappointing dining experience. I do want to give credit where it's due: the customer service was good, and I appreciated that. However, good service can only go so far when the quality of the food doesn't match.
