Zales - Jewelry Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

There are at least 5 other jewelry stores in this mall, save yourself the time and start at one of them! I had made an appointment to try on a simple wedding band I found online. I included all the information about the ring I was hoping to try on in my appointment notes. I was sent a reminder email. When I arrived for said appointment, the assistant manager (wish I got his name) acted like he had never heard the word appointment before. He was literally unable to go into the computer and look up any of the information I had submitted. He had no idea that they even took appointments. When I asked if they would be able to do a ring in platinum he said "white gold is better and more expensive than platinum now because it is trendy." This statement is categorically false, platinum will literally never be less expensive than white gold. To work in a jewelry store you should have the most basic knowledge about what you are selling. It was a remarkably bad experience (and so frustrating that I actually went somewhere in person during covid times only to be met with the most insane level of incompetence). When there are so many other places to go literally across the hall, I simply dont understand why anyone should be expected to waste their time here. read more

My fiancé or soon to be fiancé and I went into Zales this afternoon and were greeted by the Assistant Store Manager, David. We explained to him that we were searching for engagement rings. David proceeded to show us the different ring counters and assisted us with a few ring try ons. The Store Manager, Sharon took over from there. Sharon or Ms. Sharon as I called her explained the rings to us, diamonds, cut, styles etc. She is VERY knowledgeable. She is an expert in my opinion in her field. She was very patient and polite. Ms Sharon knew what we liked and what we didn't like before we even spoke a word. She gave us the item numbers, pricing and information regarding their policy and upgrade info as well. I plan on returning to ask for Ms Sharon when we're ready to purchase. She definitely knows her stuff! read more

The "lifetime" warranty is not for a lifetime. The lifetime portion is something they void if THEY fail to repair insured jewelry and it needs to be replaced, with another of their price gouged items. Shop on Amazon, you may not get the great customer service. However, they won't lie to you about a warranty actually being for a lifetime or not. read more

Please stay away from this place!! Whew where to begin. I have Zales my ring to be sized in January (I believe) and I didn't get it back until late February!! the first time it came back they told me it was the wrong size so they had to send it to another jeweler to re re size it smh then when my fiancé went to pick it up, IT WAS NOT MY RING AT ALL!! They gave my fiancé another ring that we thought was our original ring. Tuh after comparing both rings, we're now realizing this is NOT the same size ring at all! The ring we took home is much smaller! And when they sized it, they have taken diamonds off the band!! I'm sooooo furious with these people and after giving me the run around for over a month, the people working there were so nonchalant about it my situatio! now that I have enough photos to prove these rings are not the same, I have to March back in there and demand a refun!! read more

HORRIBLE experience here. Not worth your time or money. My fiancé and I were very excited to look at wedding bands. I explained the style/look I was wanting, and the sales associate shook her head and wouldn't even entertain my request. She kept showing me bands that I knew I didn't want. It took her multiple times of me telling her what I was hoping for to finally start pulling out some of the rings I was pointing at inside the case. We will not be returning. read more

I got both my husband and myself our wedding rings here. But when I came back to try and get my band sized I find myself waiting and waiting for 20-30mins before I am helped by anyone. They do well on letting you know how long they'll be. The lady was really knowledgeable on picking out a great custom design that will match a ring by custom fitting. They just need to work on the time people have to wait in the store. read more

Normally I love Zales. I have bought both of my Bridal Sets from Zales but today I walked into a Zales store in the Atlanta Area and had a horrible experience with Representative there. I was very shocked because the I always deal with the Manager at this particular store and I love her Customer Service skills. Her name is Ms. Sharon and I always request her. There are some other reps that are very nice and helpful too like Ms. Tiffani. I have two horrible encounters with a Rep name David at this particular store. i have been to several Zales stores and I have never had the awful service with any of the Reps like I had with this particular store. As soon as I walked in and began to explain my situation with a ring that I purchased, he immediately began to be negative, he wasnt helpful at all and he was very snappy with a bad attitude. I purchased an extra band to go with my new Bridal Set (that I am in love with from Zales) and within 2 days a diamond fell out, I began to read the reviews for the band online and the reviews were horrible. The ring was a poor quality ring and some custmer said after the repairs anoher diamond fell out. I knew immediately that I didnt want to keep the band, so I called customer service and they told me to go into the nearest store and they would be able to assist me. I went into the store and met with this Rep David for the first time and he was not helpful. He immediately begin to tell me what he could not do and I need to go back to the Zales I purchased the ring from and come back tomorrow when the Manager is here. I told him the drive is not convient for me and I come when I able because this is the location that I love because they are usually helpful, but everyone still was except for this guy.So, I came back today when I was able and once again the Manager wasnt on and David or Dave ( not sure about his exact name ) was the only Rep available and once again he was very rude and negative and not willing to help. Even the other 2 female Reps were just telling to try and assist and be helpful and listen to the Customer and he snapped and Ms. Tiffani and told her not to talk to him that way. Another Rep clocked in and told him to just call the Zales location where the ring was purchased and they can easily give you what you need to assist the customer bet he didnt want to once again he told me once again to come back when the Manager is in and Im not an Employee so I dont know hhe Manager schedule and Idont understand why Employees are working at a store by themselves if they are not able to help a customer without a Manager. I am very upset as a customer and I have been a Zales Customer since 2013 but after these experience at my favorite locations, I think its finally time to choose another Jeweler. I recommend all my friends and they have purchased from this store to but the one that has recently purchased her bridal set from her because I referred her was on the phone was me and witnessed the whole thing and the bad customer service. I never really write bad reviews but after this experience I just had too. To all Zales customers if you can avoid this particular location please do and if you cant then just avoid the Rep David. Ive never been treated this way at any store or customer service establishment and I dont want anyone else to feel theme way I felt then I left this store today. read more

My husband and I were looking to buy a ring with Levian diamonds in it and Zales had some. The store was busy and there were only three sales people working. I did manage to ask a question and left the store. We then went to other stores to look but went back to Zales. The store was almost empty then, but all three employees were with a customer. The younger of the two men working there was helping a woman and very obviously flirting with her as well. We waited for one of the clerks to free up and then a few other customers entered the store. We had waited about 15 minutes the young clerk told a gentleman he would be right with him. By that time, we had not been acknowledged by anyone yet and had been waiting the longest. I try not to be a prejudice person, but it seemed clear if our skin had been darker the young man would have at least said something to us. I hate prejudice not matter what side of the fence you are on. I can tell you that they lost out on a sale and a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone due to that experience! The other man in the store was busy and I have no problem with him, he was the one who answered my question the first time we stopped there. The store should have been better prepared for Valentines Day! I am sure they lost a lot of sales due to lack of sales clerks. read more
