Huge shout out to Kenzie Olinske at the Verizon store in Madison South Dakota! I had to come all…read morethe way to SD (visiting family) from Texas, to have someone fix my phone. This has been a problem for 6+ months. My phone keeps going to SOS and was struggling to pick up a signal even when I was right beside a tower. Apparently one of the latest updates messes up the external sim (which I had replaced and was assured would fix the problem. No bueno.. I had already spoke to someone both at Verizon in store and over the phone as well as Apple support both on the phone and online and NO ONE could help me. I walked into the SD store and described my issue and Kenzie knew exactly what I was talking about and had it fixed in 5 minutes. She set up the internal sim and voila!! Fixed!!

After talking with Silas, I discovered that he is a true blue, old-school jeweler, not just a dude with a jewelry shop. I ended up sending all of my Black Hills gold to repair and clean, broken jewelry, and earrings that I needed different backs for from Colorado. It is absolutely stunning. Silas is a talent.
