They left me sitting an hour in waiting room behind scheduled time. They then proceeded not to do the cleaning I had scheduled for and tried to sell me additional services while I was sitting in their chair. They said the whole time you have great coverage and proceeded to try and sell more. I walked out thinking I needed to visit dentist again. To start, Dina at the front desk is awesome. She has been there for as long as I can remember and she knows her stuff. And he remarked that the insurance company hadn't paid him anything back to give me (which he had promised about 5 times during the year and a half!) When he stopped taking dental insurance I was concerned about the cost due to my soft enamel and usual dental work needed, so we briefly had work done by another dentist who was good; but it was very hard not to keep comparing him to Dr. Martin. So, we're back and willing to pay for the confidence we have in knowing we're getting the highest quality of materials in crowns with a minimum of visits (crowns are done in his office the same day - no temporary crown needed) and expert, conservative care. His staff are exceptional as well, and they submit the paperwork to our insurance company on our behalf for reimbursement. His office is very clean, well maintained, and beautiful as well.
