(There are also some other businesses on the upper floors of the building.) The people who work here are great -- friendly and helpful. They also know what they're doing, and don't try to upsell or make you feel dumb for asking a question. The store has a wide variety of items, and a lot of things in a semi small space, but it doesn't feel messy or overstuffed. It's a very clean store, but not in a sterile untouchable way. They didn't have the one trimmer in stock but he made it easy to get it from their Bellevue store (who also had everything ready for me as soon as I walked in). This store is always helpful and willing to talk through any projects I have and give me ideas or tips on what and how to do things. There is always someone around to help. You would think being a small store compared to the big box stores their prices would not be as good but for every hit I have compared they are more that competitive and sometimes even cheaper. Regardless, the service is worth it.

It turned out my van's computer had max number of keys already made, and it only takes so many - but my old 2006 Sienna didn't have a specific error message that made this problem clear. But the Ace tech persisted, worked with the tech support for the key-making tech setup they had, and got it figured out. He was persistent and upbeat, and didn't blow me off or give up. Improper care and advice on animals, place is a disaster and dirty. I hate when i have to support…read morethe place and they don't like to listen when you try to give them proper resources. Their hermit crabs really caught my eye- a lot of the items they sell for them are actually harmful toxic and fatal to hermits and they do not know the proper care for them whatsoever. Their enclosure in the shop is a major safety concern and there are often a ton of dead crabs in the cage. The setup for them is all wrong as well they have impropet setup food and conditions. If they don't care this much then i'm sure the animals i'm uneducated on are being mistreated too.
