We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

They didn't set up a partition, so they used a leveling concrete material, and grinding it down getting all that dust on all our furniture, Abbey had to pay to get it cleaned. Then instead of removing the old linoleum in the kitchen they went over the top of it all and on the two large sides, the planks started to lift, so they had to come back and remove baseboards removed planks and cut back the linoleum to where it wasn't lifting, instead removing all of it, now I'm having problems in other areas in the kitchen. This same company painted my cabinets and didn't prep, sand or clean the doors so immediately you could see the corners where dust was painted over, they didn't mask anything, my stove top and fridge were a mess, they vented out through a side screen and got over spray all on that screen, then later on trimming my bushes out in the front yard I found where they dumped the excess paint. So if you get a guy names richard or his son Richard jr. Out to install anything, unless they found Jesus and turned from their wicked work, then don't let them in, you'll be sorry. Their countertop person was the only one I seen that cared about and did high quality work. Just please screen their contractors if you see something not right or you get a check or red flag, don't ignore it, it's your right to request another installer, or cancel order. You don't wanna be sorry.

So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. I found D&S Custom Countertops online and chose to check them out. There office in Modesto provides samples of all the countertops and they have all the latest and most popular designs. To my surprise they provided me a quote for countertops that was almost $1,000 cheaper than what the big boxed stores had quoted me. I chose to have to have the hubby do the demo to save some money and throughout the whole process from the time of ordering the counters to the day of install they remained in touch with me providing updates and advice on the demo. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and installation. The photos provided show the kitchen from the time we moved in, to the demo, and to the finished product.
