Unfortunately, the completed cabinets have noticeable and inconsistent discoloration throughout the home, resulting in cabinetry that does not have the uniform appearance we selected and expected. We raised our concerns and provided the cabinet maker an opportunity to address the discoloration, but the issue was not corrected. For a substantial custom cabinetry investment, we expected both better quality control and a willingness to stand behind the finished product. The inconsistent coloring has negatively affected the appearance of cabinetry throughout our home and, in our view, diminished the value of what we purchased. We are extremely disappointed that we were left with this result after investing in custom cabinetry.

We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.
