The employees typically know many customers by name and greet them before they can even grab a seat. It's really nice to be in a place where they remember your name and your drink of choice....not having to make decisions about what you're eating at the end of a crazy day is just a bonus!

I took one bite and thought it tasted bad so didn't eat the rest, I'm surprised my server didn't ask me what was wrong with it.
