I have used Almir services in the past, but I had failed to review. Today I must boast about the fantastic job they did on my Lucky jeans. Everyone has a favorite pair of jeans and I have had mine stashed away for a bit as I knew they needed some repair. I refused to part with them so as I was cleaning my closet out I showed my daughter my old jeans. She immediately spoke up and said take them to Almir. He will repair and make them like new again. I took her advice and today and picked up my beautiful pair of jeans with new belt loops and interior patches added. They look so good and I can hardly wait to wear them. The workmanship is fantastic. I am so grateful for the care they took with my jeans. Almir and his crew provide alterations, embroidery, mending and repair, custom tailoring, and they are able to create reproductions. They also offer a beautiful collection of wedding gowns. Almir is so personable and the customer service is easily 10 stars! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Parking is easy as they have several dedicated parking spots in front of the business. I just feel like... when I drop off to Gucci belts in extremely pristine condition I just want to receive them back in the exact same condition. I don't think that's too much to ask for. With all that being said, I would still definitely use their services in the future. Well, no thanks, there won't be a next time, either online or in store at the Wynn Plaza shops. I guess it happens frequently enough they actually have an FAQ about this exact issue on their website.
