Here's how it works: -You'll go in, and they'll send you to the float room. You'll shower, cover any scrapes with some vaseline and then go into the chamber (naked!) for 60 minutes. -You can use earplugs or a little floaty if you need some help keeping your head up. -Then you'll relax and drift away on a cloud of saline.
