Horrible experience. I arrived right when they opened on a Saturday and the store looked like they had been open all day - things were hung in the wrong places. We grabbed a tonnn of different jeans to try on and the dressing rooms "never open until noon." Hmm....okay. The lady at the front told me that "most people just buy it all and go try it on in the bathroom down that way and return what doesn't work." ??? Came in to look around and try some clothes on. Went into the dressing room, didn't like anything I had, so I left my clothes hung up very nicely in the dressing room. As I exited the dressing room, I was chased by an employee into the store, yelling, asking if those were all my clothes in my dressing room. I stated "yes, but I didn't want to purchase any " and probably a looked a little confused. She snottily replied "for future reference, please leave your clothes on the table if you are done" and walked away. I was a little embarrassed as she had yelled this at me in the public store. I will gladly leave my clothes wherever preferred by staff, but no one instructed me upon my entrance into the dressing room that they requested clothes be left on the table and no one even greeted me or assisted me. Worst Zara I've been to. Horrendous customer service. To my luck that day the fitting rooms were open, of course no employee around to help. After a while of waiting, I proceeded to help myself to a fitting room after I saw another customer just going in and doing the same. I went in to a fitting room that apparently was closed. An employee approached my fitting room after I guess she notice I was in there. She rudely asked me to get out and asked if I hadn't seen the closed Sign. I told her I was going because I was still changing and she kept waiting for me outside the fitting room to make sure I get out. She then offered me to go into another fitting room which had no lighting. I can't seem to understand if I was already changing in there why wouldn't she just let me finish and make sure no one would go in there after me. There was nothing wrong with that fitting room I just think they didn't want to have to clean another room. I asked for the manager and it happened to be her. Uugh... Absolute worst experience at a Zara ever. I had a handful of clothes to try on, it was not even 7:30pm, and I was told that the dressing rooms were closed bc they were short staffed; However, there were multiple employees roaming around, in the dressing rooms, putting clothes away, etc. I would have been more than happy to put the clothes I didn't purchase away after trying them on but that wasn't an option. I work in customer service, have worked in the field for many years, and would NEVER treat a customer so poorly, so this was appalling. I was planning to buy many items but left with nothing. They open late and close early despite the mall website stating 10-9! They will close at 6 and open at 12! What the hell is going on at this location? There are also registers on both floors but they only open the lower level and the line is out the door. Terrible customer service from their rude employees. My daughter received a pair of boots for her birthday that were one size too small. The store did not have the size I needed; I tried to exchange them for a different shoe of the same value and I was told I could NOT without the receipt. Horrible customer service. Tried to return a sweater, which I hadn't worn for more than 10 minutes, with a manufacturer hole in the inseam sleeve. I had the original credit card, the receipt and it was within the returnable time frame. They said they are not able to refund or exchange at all because I had already cut out the itchy side tag. I really like this addition to CC. Do I wish they had bigger sizes? Yes, especially in summer, where everything seems to be a size 8 and under. Mediums and larges disappear the second they are stocked. But I came to comment that Halla is a wonderful representation of this business. I tried to go into the store at 5:30 (I rushed over from work and they close at 6) and was denied entry because the store was "starting to close" 30 minutes before it was supposed to! I have rarely had a decent experience here but there's always something closed or bad customer experience of some kind. usually I go to Zara for some of my kids clothes but I decided to take a look at the dresses for nye. its a busy time of the year but every single employee in that place was miserable and rude. so much that 2 cashiers were talking bad about a lady that was in a wrong line and she asked a question. This location is always extremely busy whether you go on a Saturday or on a Tuesday. Long lines almost out the store. The selection online is better and the sizing is limited in-store because you won't be able to find anything amidst the disorganization. The workers have been kind considering how busy the store is, and they're pretty fast with check out (but if you have returns plan to be standing there for a while). The store is huge but a lot of it is floor space. For this being the only Zara close to me it's pretty okay. read more

I have a disability and tried to go into the larger dressing room with hand rails. An older, white female attendant in the dressing room stepped in front of me, shook her finger in my face, and on beat with her waving finger said, "NUH UH UH! Not for you!" Then I saw her happily greet and let two middle aged women into the bigger room together, no questions asked. Shouldn't matter if I'm young. Disgusting behavior. Also, small sizes are rarely in stock, and when they are in stock, they have a ton of stains... Makeup, dirt, pens, etc. I don't know why they're even on the racks still. read more

Asked about a pair of boots in my size, waited for fifteen minutes before asking again and he then finally said he didn't know, asked someone else, and they said they didn't have them, even though his system said they had them in the back. Lupe the "store manager" has sold an item that was damaged and had makeup and or some type of tanner on a white blazer I had purchased, I got the item home (same day as purchasing) realized how dirty the item was. She denied returning it that was damaged and paid for at full price. I am only writing this review because she was awful. Not professional or kind. Zara is a great store but makes you not want to purchase with them with such POOR customer service. They should really look into who they bring on the floor. That is all. read more

Yeah this store is a total dumpster fire. I love Zara and most of them are great but this store in particular is a total loss. The customer service is virtually non-existent and the ones that are walking around are so incompetent. I bought a pair of boots and accidentally grabbed one boot a size 36 and and one a size 39- lol but the sales associate didn't notice? That's chill. But then I come to return the one boot at like 8 PM when the mall is dead there's a 7 person line and 3-4 sales associates up front but only one person is checking out? Um. Ok. Then they tell us that we can go up to the men's section to check out/get through faster so we go up there and there are virtually 3 'register closed' signs up. Love shopping Zara for kids clothes and was so excited for the Denver store to open so I could start shopping for myself, but as so many other reviewers have shared, the associates here are terribly unfriendly. The one older female associate in the kids section was great; every other associate I encountered seemed annoyed by my mere presence. The young people who work here are all rude and entitled. A smile would crack their faces. Customer service is disgraceful. Do you know if you wait in line for 45 minutes to try on something and wait another 45 minutes to purchase. Then two days later the price is reduced on that item, by a lot. If, after you wait in the return line for another 45 minutes to either get a price adjustment or return and repurchase that item, at the sale price, they don't allow you. You can only return period. Then you need to come back the next day as they won't hand you back your item. You need to wait in line again and try on again to make sure it's the same item you purchased at a higher price previously. The manager said " you can always come back tomorrow and buy it again, if its still here or if its been put back on the floor." I live 1.5 hours away. Disgusting place. The store, employees and company policies all get zero stars; but that wasn't given as an option. read more
