The store manager is horrible! I purchased 11 items yesterday, got home and only 5 items in my bag. I spent HOURS with their customer service at corporate and they told me to go back to the store. You can't call the store directly anymore. So I drove in rush hour and made at 5:57, they wouldn't let me in. The store manager came up to the front. I explained that her cashier didn't give me all my items and her reply was: I have no proof that it's true. I am appalled at her attitude, rudeness and lack of basic customer service. They had about 20 people in line and she was adamant in pushing me back to calling their corporate line. I worked retail for almost 20 yrs and this young girl is probably the worst I've seen in customer service. I intended on locating her regional manager so she can be better coached. read more

BUYERS BEWARE terrible customer policy on returns or exchanges. I purchased a $200 coat for my husband as a gift knowing that he might very well prefer a different style or size. When I returned- tags still on, but without original receipt ( had CC receipt), I was unable to make any in store exchange! Extremely frustrated as I have been a Zara regular customer for years and received no warning on this when completing my purchase. I now have a very expensive coat that will fit no one in my family. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter and a month later, the zipper broke. I brought the pants in - with the original receipt - and the clerk said she can't return or exchange them because an INSIDE TAG WAS MISSING!! Again, faulty zipper AND I had original receipt. Waited 10 mins for mgr to tell me same thing."Company policy." Mgr gave me number for customer service. Customer service has to put in a "request" to upper mgt. I called twice and no one from upper mgt has responded. Facebook page told me to bring the pants back to the store. Rediculous credit policy. My wife received a $25 gift card for a return of a gift received. She then purchased $100 in merchandise, paying for it with the gift card plus $75 on her credit card. She found that the clothes weren't right for her, and returned, this time exchanging them for $90 in merchandise. The store personnel insisted that the $10 difference would have to be given to her as a new gift card rather than crediting it to her credit card. They wouldn't budge on this. So she returned the $100 in merchandise, was given a new gift card in the amount of $25, and a full credit of $75 on her credit card. She then walked out of the store, walked back in, and purchased the $90 in merchandise, paying for it with the $25 gift card and $65 on her credit card. And it's the last time we ever patronize them again read more

Fitting rooms are still closed. Pretty sure they're the only ones in the mall that don't have them open, this in turn makes the bottom level near the fitting room a MESS bc everyone has to ditch all the clothes they couldn't try on. read more

The worst customer service I have encountered. Had to return to the CC store some items purchased online. Waited 4 different times in that LONG in- store line! Told by 3 different clerks and one supervisor that my receipt needed to have a bar code on it. I was unable to find a bar code on my receipt ANYWHERE. I was told to call customer service and they would email a bar-coded receipt. Talked with 3 different customer service clerks on my phone. Each said they had sent the required bar code and it would be on my phone in "15-20 minutes". Nothing!!!!! Fourth call to customer service and I spoke to MIGUEL WHO INFORMED ME I NEEDED NOTHING MORE THAN A RECEIPT WITH AN ORDER NUMBER to return online purchased items in a store. Returned to the store the next day ready to do battle with the store manager. Waited in that LONG LINE again. Got clerk "Connor" who politely accepted my return and said I only needed the order number.... Got the items returned. THANK YOU, CONNOR!!!! To say the very least I went in right after they opened one day! And it looked a mess, nothing was organized nor clean clothes where everywhere. I wanted to shop and it was all over the place you had to fish around for hours trying to find something to buy cuz you don't have a place to start! They need help!!! read more

I understand it's COVID so the dressing rooms were closed, but there were no signs telling you until you got to the dressing rooms after I found things I needed to try on. I wish it had been posted before I went in or I would not have wasted my time. They didn't worry about capacity there were so many people there, I don't understand why they didn't monitor the amount of people but wouldn't let anyone use the dressing rooms. This place is just sucks. I was a retail manager for a while and going into the Cherry Creek Zara, I get the impression that the managers have no idea what they're doing. Fitting rooms are closed as of now in April 2022, which at this point I can only assume is due to staffing. What would make sense is having someone at both doors letting customers know they can't try on before they start shopping. Or even just having employees walk around the store letting customers know. Instead, customers spend an hour walking around this ginormous store, in my case having grabbed 15 items, and then after tracking down an employee they're then told they can't try on. I handed all my items to the employee who seemed snarky about it when it's their own fault, but I can imagine the store is such a mess because people find out fits are closed and they drop their whole pile on a random table. Like seriously, this place is worse than the Colorado Mills Forever 21 in terms of organization, and that's saying a lot. If you do decide to buy anything, you'll be waiting in line for another hour because for some reason they only ever have one cashier (staffing? but I see lots of associates around the store chatting) and there are a million people trying to return things that they couldn't try on. Rinse and repeat. I've seen in other reviews where when it gets really bad, they'll have another cashier on a register just taking card payments. This is because if they take cash, managers will have to count the drawer at the end of the night. So my guess is the one register thing is to give the manager less work when they're closing, which falls on the customer I guess. It's a very chaotic environment and super frustrating as a customer because Zara typically has a high standard. I truly don't know how these managers are getting away with letting this place be a zoo. All in all, the only good thing about this place is the cute clothes that Zara is known for. If you feel like digging through piles and messes, waiting in line for an hour and praying your item fits, maybe this place will work for you. Don't expect any of the employees to offer you help or even say hi, as they've clearly been trained that their job isn't to worry about the customers. I don't really know what their job is actually. They weren't folding or getting work done, they were in a group talking. I think it's honestly only a matter of time before Zara corporate gets involved and cleans house with a brand new staff, or they shut down this store completely and set up shop at a different mall. 1/21-2021The worse service ever the store closes at 6 I get off work at 5 barely made and it was 5:33 and they said we don't allow anyone to come in after 5:30 really I can see ok 15 min before not one store in any mall is like this you can walk in five min before and they will happily help you. Than why don't you close at 5. I was excited when they opened Zara but now they make it impossible to shop and people will hate going to that mall. I understand it's covid and all but why make it so do that when people are helping your business and you have a job bc we are shopping. The staff there is never happy anything you ask they look at you like your not speaking the language and and never want to assist you . I brought back a blouse where one sleeve was clearly longer than the other and the clerk said he couldn't take is back because the tags were not on even though I had the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and in a very snooty way he said "she won't take it back that's our policy." The manager did point out to him the defect and told him to refund my money. This is the worst Zara I've been to. The shopper must be from a small town because it's the worst stuff that Zara offers. They have the worst customer service. It's ZARA not Van Cleef and Arpel. This is the most ghetto Zara I've been to and I've been to many. I prefer to shop at Zara when I travel. I would give this place less than one star if I could. Only place in the whole mall that closes at 6 PM. That's not all! Closes at 6 PM but they block you from shopping in the men's department at 6:30. The main store gate is halfway close at 5:30 PM. Lines are always ridiculously long, sometimes even out of the door. Staff are often snobby and rude. This makes me not want to shop there ever again. read more

They were polite when they couldn't find my sisters package, however, they told her to call customer service herself after wasting 30 minutes of failing to find her ordered package. I have always enjoyed shopping at Zara, but I have never been to their store in US. It was a huge surprise for me that they are not accepting returns if you don't have a receipt. They do not have a way to look up the record of your purchase like most large retailers in USA do. They refused to return never worn clothing with their tags!!!! on it and even provide me a store credit! This policy is completely ridiculous especially since most stores in US if not all of them will let you return Items and get at least a store credit! I'm very disappointed and not planning on coming back to Zara again. At least not in the USA. I have shopped at their stores in Italy, Spain and Japan and didn't have any issues when I need it to return a couple of things without the receipt. They need to change their return policy in US as soon as possible before they lose a lot of customers. I am making sure to warn my family and friends about this outrageous policy!! read more

I could write a very long post about the particulars of the episode that happened to me at the store today. But suffice it to say that it started because after waiting five minutes for a sales associate to arrive at the checkout area, I was told to my face that, "the world didn't revolve around me," because I set my two large boxes of returns on a plain black unmarked folding table next to the checkout counter while I waited... that is apparently set aside for handicapped customers. (FYI no one in the store was handicapped at that moment and the table is in no way marked as exclusively used for handicapped customers.) And it devolved from there. Zara, I love your clothes for children. I don't want to stop shopping with you but until I get some sort of apology from you, I'm going to stop shopping in your stores and online permanently. There is a toxic Managment problem at this location that needs your immediate attention. But being verbally abused by your associates is not acceptable. Ever! read more

Horrific! Be careful when returning multiple items that cost the same amount. They will scan the first item, put the tag on the SECOND item, hang it THEN scan the first item again and tell you it has already been returned so you cannot return it. They keep the second item that shows purchased in their system, never scanned as a return and guess what they get to walk away with a free item. You are stuck with the item that they scanned twice! read more

I echo what all of the other reviewers have said. The customer service here is awful. All sales associates barely acknowledge your presence in the store, line, and at the register. I've been a few times and every time there is a pretty long line with maybe one checker. Although I love Zara I would rather shop places that appreciate the business or at least pretend to. read more

I personally liked the store but here is my experience. Before covid hit and everything shutdown, i bought a jacket for my husband and it didn't fit him. I couldn't return the jacket because of the whole pandemic and shut down. I went on Tuesday 7/28/2020 at noon and I asked the manager to exchange the jacket and she asked for the receipt, i misplaced the receipt so i informed her that i don't have it but i could show her my bank account that i bought it in March, she said i wouldn't know if you bought it 5 years ago, I trued to show her my bank changer that was made in march and she refused to consider that. I asked her what i was supposed to do with the jacket her answer was "DONATE IT" in the midst of this crises when a lot of us are not working, her inconsiderate self said that to me. Went to return a $120 jacket here but I couldn't find the receipt. I figured, it's 2018 and every modern clothing retailer can either look up your receipt or from a credit card or give you store credit. So I made the trip back to the mall, and was told that they will literally do nothing for me. What a waste of time and a complete shock. One of the sales associates knocked my five year old daughter into a rack, she didn't say sorry or even acknowledge her, causing my daughter to cry because she hurt her feelings by purposely knocking her down. Went in thinking this place would carry a variety of sizes but was sorely disappointed in their lack of options. If you aren't a size 6 or smaller don't bother. Slim to no options. Didn't think I was plus size until I shopped here, but when is a 12 considered that? The quality of their product was also dismal. The tee shirts were a terrible poly blend for a so called cotton graphic tee shirt with an equally awful print. One wash or stretch of the fabric and you can kiss that print goodbye.
