I've come twice now to assess their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for Long Covid illness. I was ready to move forward with their $7000 package deal for 20 sessions, but I found their environment to be too chaotic. Lots of cooks in the kitchen with different information. There's a lot of people working there, but it felt like they weren't working together, and therefore communication was disjointed, and knowledge of different treatments varied wildly. The only doctor that I sensed had credibility and understanding was Dr. Nealy. Dr Brown lacks bedside manner. Anyone with a chronic illness with high sensitivities won't be able to put up with this environment. They don't understand complex illness here. I don't feel that the staff is consistently trained in empathetic communication. But if you have a sports injury, I'm sure this is a good place to go to

The staff was so kind and attentive and I couldn't recommend Beach Ortho enough and I have nothing but thanks to give. I unfortunately had to visit again a few days ago when I fractured my wrist. I used their urgent care service and got right in, got X-rays and was put in a cast and back out the door within an hour and a half! I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

They are both very knowledgeable and have helped me with my back pain and through two pregnancies. I was referred to a PT for my Pubic Symphysis while pregnant but decided to see Dr. Mal consistently instead and it was the best choice both financially and physically. She has listened to my concerns and has helped educate me along the way. On one occasion I was in excruciating pain after a small incident and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day. Their staff is very friendly and very responsive on both the office line and through their texting phone number. I have also taken my 2 year old daughter with me on some occasions and they have a basket of books/puzzles for kids to play with. I highly recommend this office, your health is in good hands here!

Beware you will receive a quote but they know how to overbill and get more money out of the insurance carrier.
