I have been going this place on and off for few years, high staff turnover, no new equipments added. I have visited last December, spent an hour talking about same issues as before, I supposed to visit for same issue this afternoon 1pm, suddenly got call from the office asking me to go in at 11am so the same person can have another consultation with me on the exact same issues. I don't think I want to pay $$$ to just talk for another hour for same reasons. Once I told her I would like to cancel the appointment, she quickly hung me up with attitude. I went here recommended by my sports medicine doctor I came to the office in person with the referral I gave my insurance information I received a calll back and was quoted my visits would cost $80,00 per visit in network price until my deductible is met and then it would be $8.00. I was not aware they were out of network all my charges went to out of network benefits basically they get paid more money from insurance carrier but this does not go to my normal out of pocket cost do the $880 original quote is now over $1700 I am not happy with this service I could have went to my previous provider I did request a discount and was told no by Meghan there billing agent. Beware you will receive a quote but they know how to overbill and get more money out of the insurance carrier. As far as the PT it was average on three visits the building had no ac finally brought in big blowers staff was nice but not for the cost would have went to my previous PT. read more

They run so many patients through here that it has the personalized feeling of a McDonald's drive through. Therapist barely spoke to me. Half way through the session someone else took over with no explanation. At the end of the session there was no discussion or recommendations for follow up. The whole thing was just weird. We were referred to this place for my son. He went to one appointment. I stood at the desk at the end of the appointment to find out when he should go again. People seen me there and ignored me. No one came to talk to me about he did, what he needs to do at home, nothing. So we left. What a waste of money and it isn't cheap. My doctor referred me to go there for myself just the day before: he joked it would be cool that mother and son go together. I won't be wasting my time going there. read more

I was referred to this place by my orthopedist for my back challenges. After reaching out to me on my cell phone to schedule an appointment, I informed them that I was leaving town on Wednesday and really wanted to get in for treatment prior to my leaving. The receptionist informed me that they could get me in Monday at 8:00 am. Upon arriving, I was told that my appointment was set for the following Monday and that they could fit me in at 3:30 that afternoon. Later that morning, I was once again contacted on my cell phone to let me know that the appointment at 3:30 wasn't long enough to allow for my treatment and initial consultation. So, the only way they could get me in was on the original Monday appointment. Although I was annoyed, I understand that mistakes happen and agreed to meet on Monday. Well, I showed up this morning for the assigned appointment time and was asked if xxx-xxx-xxxx was my contact number. I said, "No, that is a home number from years ago that's no longer in use." She told me that she had been trying to contact me all morning to let me know that the therapist had called in sick. Of course, they had no problem contacting me on my cell phone twice previously. Needless to say, I decided to find another option for my physical therapy needs. read more

I was a little reluctant to go to PT, but my condition of not being to walk or exercise with my left leg locking or my knee buckling was affecting my quality of life. My DPT, Rachel Iwata, was the perfect match for me, as she worked me hard enough so I could get better. I had 16 sessions, starting with 2 a week, then to once a week. I started with 4-5 exercises, then finished with 11. I would do my exercises every day, so when I went to PT with Rachel, we could focus on where Rachel wanted me to go. The exercises were challenging,but the goal was to improve my mobility, and strengthen my left leg, and get me hiking again. In January 2017, I was released from PT, as I was cured. I still do a set of maintenance exercises which Rachel prescribed, and now in May 2017, I'm back to playing Tennis, Hiking weekly, and working out in gym. Rachel saved me, as I was very dispondent about my condition, with X-rays, MRI's, and Dr's appt that were not making me feel better. Rachel is the "best", and really cared about me. Ralph read more

Marcos and Mona get you checked in and follow up with ice and stem at the end of your treatment. Erin Likert, MPT is a miracle worker. I went in with a shoulder that barely worked. After a few sessions, the pain was minimal and my mobility was greatly increased. After 3 months, I was totally back to my old self with full range of motion and no pain. Six months AFTER back surgery - I reinjured myself! I thought that I was doomed to a life of pain and medication. My doctor prescribed Physical Therapy. I chose Rossmoor Rehab because of the positive online reviews and the great location. After a thorough physical evaluation by Erin, she spent the next 12 weeks working with me to reduce pain and restore function. Each week, we worked on strengthening exercises that helped me with daily tasks and she taught me alternative ways to approach activities. My therapy was a SUCCESS. My pain is minimal and I rarely take medication. I still don't love loading the dishwasher or doing laundry - but I'm able to do them (while remembering to tighten my stomach). The exercise routine Erin taught me is simple enough that I am able to continuing it at home. She also suggested sitting on a foam wedge while I am at my computer and it has really helped. Erin was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire staff was excellent. The billing office was helpful, I got a reminder call for every appointment, and I was always given a printed schedule. I do not usually write reviews, but I do not want people to suffer what I went through here. I highly advise against anyone coming here ESPECIALLY If you are going through insurance. These people are a total rip off and charged me THREE TIMES the amount that I was told I'd be charged, and to make matters worse they didn't even help me feel any better! The entire time I was there I never felt cared for and felt as if they solely viewed me as a pile of cash. Not really what I call good patient care. Now my medpay is gone and I did not receive the proper treatment I need. I'll probably have to suffer with neck and back pain until I am able to afford it, which means I'll most likely be living with chronic pain for the rest of my life. I've had to go to Rossmoor Rehab on two occasions. The first time was due to a back injury I sustained lifting something heavy which caused me to have a double herniated disc. This was in 2009 and the second was when I had surgery on my shoulder in 2013. Both times I went to Rossmoor Rehab and Erin was my Therapist. This place is fantastic and people that work there are great. The care I received was out of this world and Erin really worked with me both times to bring me back to 90%. I don't think I can get to 100% on my back unless I have surgery on my back which I refuse to do. As far as my shoulder, I am sure it will take time. Just have to constantly do the exercises Erin showed me. They also have an intern there named Steve who is there temporarily the little time he worked on my shoulder was also great. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly go back here if the need arises again. Which I hope it never does. read more

I Love this place! It was my first time getting surgery so this was also the first time i had to get rehab. I had previously broke my left foot playing basketball and my Therapist was Rachel, who was not only Amazing, but completely supportive in my speedy recovery. She is very funny and down to earth, great personality and easy to work with. She wants nothing but a healthy recovery for her clients, just like the other therapist. It is awesome how everyone works as a team here; they assist each other and each other's clients as if each individual was their own family member or friend. And their water was just delicious after a good workout, especially when their music keeps you in rhythm! I was so thrilled to have gone to this facility and I would not want to go anywhere else. The place is small, but very organized. I saw Rachel for a frozen shoulder and she was able to get me to normal mobility and pain free in fewer sessions than I (or my doctor) expected. I was so impressed with the facility and my therapist, Erin. I suffered from a sciatic nerve in my right leg. Each visit Erin spent a good 10 minutes manipulating the nerve. She worked closely with me in developing an exercise program. The staff including the receptionist were the kindest people in receiving me in their facility. I am currently a patient at Rossmoor Rehab for a shoulder injury. The facility is very nice and clean. My therapist is Erin and she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am feeling better after just a couple of weeks. They are always on time and never make me wait. They always call and remind me of my appointments. I like it much better than the last clinic I went to. It's easy to park and access the facility. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area seeking physical therapy. Ok, oh boy! I had an appointment scheduled at 12:00pm for physical therapy for my lower back. I had awaken at 09:30am only to find that I had a very bad case of a viral infection. Really bad. Knowing the importance of rehabilitation for other patients whether it be for back pain or follow up therapy after a surgery I wanted to make sure that no one else would be infected so I called in to let the Manager know that I would need to reschedule. Well she insisted that I be charged for not canceling within 24 hours. After going back and forth she only cared for the cancellation fee which I think was very unprofessional. I was sparing other patients that needed critical therapy, Physical Therapist employed there and others from getting sick as the season had just come upon us. I drove the point home stating that if I am doing a courtesy by not coming in even though I needed therapy I would rather show up sick rather than being charged a $25 fee. Very unprofessional. She is the Manager at the location and if you need some sort of therapy rather for pain or after a surgery please be careful going there. Their policy is not in line with reality and sometimes the patient's health should be considered before collecting a fee for a slight inconvenience. Be well. read more

This is not your typical PT factory folks! The PT's treat you every session you are here! I've been to another clinic, where I wasn't even allowed to speak to a PT after the initial eval. The staff here are all around great. I loved working with Rachel, very supportive, knowledgeable, and helped me strengthen my back. The PT's are definitely busy and see multiple patients, however, you always get a good amount of 1on1 time and soft tissue massage with every session. Erin worked wonders! She was very supportive during my three months of PT. She introduced me to the proper exercises to help my back and guided me through learning how to do them correctly. She responded quickly to any questions I had. My back is so much stronger; the pain in slim to none, and when it does act up (which is very seldom), it is not pain, it is more like I am "aware" of my back. When that happens, I follow the suggestions Erin gave me so it does not escalate. She was also very helpful with suggestions on what to do to prevent those times. I wish I had done this years ago, and I am so pleased to know Erin will be there if I need her. The staff was fantastic. I interacted mostly with Chris and Amber with check in and the ice/electrical stimulation, they were great. (I unfortunately do not know the names of the other staff, but they were great, too). Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The facility is bright and cheerful. I appreciated the reminder calls and the fact that I never had to wait for my appointment.
