If you want a gym environment, this place could work for you. If you need a gentler wellness place, this is not the one for you. I've come twice now to assess their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for Long Covid illness. I was ready to move forward with their $7000 package deal for 20 sessions, but I found their environment to be too chaotic. Lots of cooks in the kitchen with different information. There's a lot of people working there, but it felt like they weren't working together, and therefore communication was disjointed, and knowledge of different treatments varied wildly. The only doctor that I sensed had credibility and understanding was Dr. Nealy. Dr Brown lacks bedside manner. Anyone with a chronic illness with high sensitivities won't be able to put up with this environment. They don't understand complex illness here. The staff is wonderful, the services are great. The only issue I had was their cancellation policy. For someone who is sick, in too much pain or can't walk easily and has to move their appointments, don't go there. This facility is outstanding. I see Dr. Brown and she's fantastic. Magic healing hands and able to really work out my issues efficiently. It's nice to have all of the modalities at one location and you get to try them out at your first visit. I like decompression and the magnets. I can't speak high enough of the treatment I received. They have a ton of services available, not just your standard chiropractic adjustment. They tailor your treatment to what you need and offer a truely bespoke experience that increases effectiveness. I limped into here based on a referral from a coworker who spoke incredibly highly of their service. I had lower back pain that had led to shooting pain down my leg and a strained groin from compensating for the lower back. Dr Beltran worked with me and 4 weeks later I was back to nearly 100%. I had gone to other doctors and chiropractors for twice as long with no improvement. Dr Beltran was a miracle worker for me and has a genuine gift for healing. A few months ago I injured my left shoulder and I've been putting off getting proper treatment. My neighbor recommended that I give Dr. Karen Bloch a try. Hands down this was the best decision and money well spent. I've been to many chiropractors in the past but Dr. Bloch is the best at treating physical injuries. She explained to me exactly what was happening with my injury based on my story and the initial examination. She proceeded to further explore my injured area and I can feel how her treatment was making a difference. Most chiropractors I've met usually give you the basic spill and make you watch videos or tell you about their method. Bloch's method is to treat the patient's injuries and not waste time on silly stuff. After 45 min of getting worked on my injured shoulder, I immediately felt an improvement in my mobility. She also gives you homework assignments to keep improving the affected area. I'm currently getting regular treatments and trying out different machines. In order to get better, you have to put in the work as well to heal your damaged area, and don't expect a miracle. Bloch Chiropractic will help you get you there to heal faster. Dr. Neally has been treating my 9 year old daughter on and off for several years. My daughter is on the spectrum. She is prone to ear fluid build up due to allergies and a small head shape, among other health concerns that seem to follow kids on the spectrum. After our sessions she feels better and potential ear infections have been mitigated. We also avoided ear tube surgery with a few consistent visits. I know this because we had a completely different diagnoses from our ENT before and after only a few treatments with dr. Neally. Wow! I feel like a new person after just 2 treatments here at The Bloch Wellness center in Ling Beach. Last year I put myself through some serious torture while finishing the Ultraman and several other Ironman competitions this past year in 2019 and haven't been able to fully recover until now. Two years ago, when my son was born 5 weeks premature with a severe flat spot from favoring one side over the other, Dr. Neally significantly improved the flat spot by loosening the tightness in his neck and now his head is perfect. Dr. Neally also worked tirelessly on trying to flip my daughter who was in breech and had my daughter not come 4 weeks early, she was close to getting her to flip. When my daughter came 4 weeks early she needed an emergency c-section and for the first three weeks postpartum my recovery was extremely painful. We started seeing Dr. Neally for chiropractic care on our 3 week old baby after a recommendation from our lactation consultant, a repaired lip and tongue tie, and our own observation that our daughter has some challenges turning and resting her head in certain directions.
