It's a throwback to the 1980s, a relic that evokes no nostalgia, only the wonder of how it has survived. It's probably for desperately hungry workers at noon, since it's on Henderson, and incredibly drunk people at night who have drunk past the point of discernment, with its weekend closing time of 3 am.
