I'm only leaving a one star review because it wont let me leave a negative star review. I have never spent that much time waiting in a drive through. I will never be back to this location. the staff was unbothered with how backed up the line was. I saw at least 6 cars leave the line without even ordering. I could have driven to the store bought the Ingredients driven home and fried it myself quicker. spent almost 40 minutes in the drive throug. read more

It took us 31 minutes to get our food from the time we got in line with 4 cars in front of us. This is supposed to be fast food. I can go to a BBQ place where I live a get an outstanding steak in less than 30 minutes. read more

Chicken fingers served solo, in sliders and burger buns, on salads - every which way! The Zaxby's sauce is a bit like Thousand Island Dressing, which is great by me! Plenty of parking, quick counter service, fix your own soft drinks and tea. The ice maker and ketchup dispensers were both empty today - during the lunch peak. But the workers at the counter helped us, so it was not a big problem. The fries were dry and tasty, if a bit limp. The chicken? Great! Maybe we were just extra hungry, but our chicken was fantastic today. I prefer Zaxby's to Cane's, although both are very similar. Xacby's is a solid chicken choice in AR! read more

I don't even want to leave one star. For as long as it took to get my food you would think it would be it hot anf not like warm. Fries were not fresh very limp and blah. The tables were all needing wiped down but the lady in charge was more worried about messing with her phone and talking to friends to even notice. Will not be back! read more

If you're gonna make people pay extra for sauces then you need to pack the damn sauces. Just ordered food and requested extra sauce and my meal came with NO SAUCES AT ALL. Including our salads. Upon arriving at Zaxby's today me and my friends calmly approached the server, Jaylen, and asked for a Chicken Finger Plate Meal and a total of 4 cookies with three large sodas. I'll admit that we may have been a little indecisive and playful while ordering but we were under the impression that we would be receiving our food. While ordering our food we were met with boredom and sarcasm from Mr. Jaylen. Brushing off the initial discomfort of that conversation we got our drinks and ordered our food. We had requested for FOUR cookies, yet we were given none. I asked for our cookies when we realized we did not get them and Mr Jaylen said that we had already been given three but were still waiting on one. A fact which could not have been true because I remember that while ordering I looked around for dessert options that in the cookie container there were only 2 cookies the entire time. I remember this because I remember thinking we were going to have to wait a while for their cookies. When I informed Mr Jaylen that we had in fact NOT gotten any cookies he told me rather rudely that he gave us cookies to our face and that we were trying to quote "fuck with him" this conversation was rude and left me feeling very unpleasant and rather offended. While it may seem that we had an overreaction over just a few cookies, I must disagree because we were obligated to these cookies through payment by money. If the cookies had come as part of a meal or been free then this might be a different situation however it is very important to note that we paid EXTRA for the four cookies we expected and he only gave us one. The food was not even horrible we were just very off put by the unfortunate mess of our cookies. read more

Ordered a salad and got no dressing for it even though I ordered ranch. Also ordered a 5 piece chicken finger that was supposed to be dry and they drenched them in sauce and of course didn't give the ranch for those either. Asked for fresh cookies waited over 20 min and got ones out of the container that were old and hard. Inside wasn't busy or nothing for them to be so slow. read more

The place claims to be open until 10pm but the lights turn off at 8:30. They are still there serving food but no lights on anywhere. It's almost as they want people to think they are closed so they don't have to work. I feel bad for the franchisee. Losing money on the daily. read more

I love eating at Zaxby's. I came 30 minutes before they were closed and they would not serve me because they claimed they were closed. I understand trying to close I worked in the food Industry for a long time. But 30 minutes before you're closed. Thats crazy. This was my first time at a Zaxbys. Exceeded expectations for a fast food restaurant. Nice and clean and the Cobb salad was as good or better then many sit down restaurants. I had a drive through chicken sandwich here before and it was fantastic. Kudos to Zaxbys. read more

SO this was my first time trying Zaxby's, everyone swears up and down that its way better then raisin canes so me and my mother stopped by and found out for ourselves on our road trip. WHOEVER THINKS THAT ZAXBY'S IS BETTER THAN CANES IS HONESTLY INSANE, it was terrible!!!! the chicken was not seasoned at all! the fries had way too much seasoning on them to the point where you need a drink after eating just one fry, the texas toast had soon much salt on it I'm honestly surprised I didn't get high blood pressure after taking one bite!!!! Idk if it was the location we went to or maybe just the corporation in general but all in all Zaxby's is NO GO FOSHO! read more

Not sure what all they hype was about. Granted the chicken fingers were okay, the fries were bland and similar to Ore Ida. The best thing about Zaxby's is their ice and their chocolate chip cookies. Zaxby's is pretty expensive for what you get. I got the Chicken Platter Dinner. It had fries, 4 measly chicken tenders, a "side-order cup" half full of cole slaw, and a piece of toast. It was puny. The chicken was cold. The place was completely empty besides us and the staff...and they were not happy to be there. I would recommend not going to Zaxby's and maybe hitting up Slim Chicken's or Pie Five down the street.
