Could not be more disappointed in this restaurants. We ordered takeout and every single item in our was wrong. 1. Ordered an avocado Cobb grain bowl with grilled chicken. They gave me FRIED chicken instead of grilled and completely left off the avocado. Also, the "warm" bowl was ice cold and the rice is barely cooked. 2. Ordered a chicken noodle soup and they replaced it with tomato soup - not what I wanted at all and I can't actually eat it. 3. Our salad was supposed to come with a bread roll and it did not. Called to get a refund and was told we had to talk to a manager, who won't be in today. Would NOT come back here again. Go somewhere else to get what you actually ordered. read more

Being the best salad I've ever eaten, this is a company worth its accolades. One with good ingredients and good service, it's balance of a simplistic and healthy design is beautiful. Friendly staff, quick service, and good salads. My only real complaint is that they don't offer the option to add extra dressings. I didn't know exactly what type I wanted to try and had to make a special workaround note to get two types of dressing. It's also huge and extremely filling. I got it with the tomato mozzarella panini which was also great. Their chocolate chip cookie was delicious too. Pretty unimpressed with my first visit. The layout wasn't great- the line was long and clogged up the dining area to the point that the people in line were blocking lots of the tables. Food was just okay. I had a Thai peanut salad- chicken was very blah, it was low in toppings, and they put balsamic dressing instead of the Thai peanut so the flavor wasn't close to right. I also got broccoli cheddar soup and it tasted sour, like it was either bad or had way too much buttermilk in it. My mom had the clam chowder and it was the same way; sour. One plus is the servings are pretty large. Hoping that some of these flaws are just from this location being brand new. Willing to give it another chance after they've been open for a while longer, but not super hopeful for much of an improvement. read more

Serving salads (signature and create your own), soups and sandwiches. Place order similar at counter similar to Chipotle. Great spot for a salad in WLR! I thought the ingredients were great (had the Farmhouse) and I opted for the half salad/soup combo (which came with piping hot bread from the oven, choice of wheat or white). Came with my mom on Labor Day (today) to have lunch. It closed at 2, we got there at 145-enough time to get a salad. The guy make a snark remark when we walked in. My first initial impression is that the interior is small and dim. I also noticed that it's extremely noisy inside, and not from the chatter of people or workers -- their drink machines are extremely loud and an annoyance. There were only two workers behind the counter, and both worked slowly. Their ingredient containers were fairly messy and several of them had other ingredients dropped into them on accident while working. My most unpleasant experience during my visit was just how many times I had to repeat my order for the worker to understand. Apparently a grilled chicken and cheese wrap is confusing. Eventually we got it sorted out; however, as soon as I bit into it, IT WAS COLD. It had been in the griller and I had asked for it to be warm, but I meant the whole thing, not just the tortilla it was wrapped in. So I had the guy put it back in the griller. This has probably been the worst ordering experience I've ever had. I walked out of there with a headache and a wrap that took more time than it should have. Will probably never be back. read more

Missed opportunity. We spent about 20 minutes placing a pick up order and when we went to check out, the only option for pickup was a button that said FUTURE, with the next day's date and choices until 6 pm. We wanted to pick up the order at 7-ish tonight (trying to place order at 6:40 pm) . There was no way to do that. The website says they're open until 9 tonight, so I'm not sure why we couldn't place a pickup order at 6:40. I could understand it if they were within an hour of closing.
