Bussin jerk is located inside a food hall called Politan row. We decided to come here for lunch it was our first time here. The food hall is really nice it has a lounge feel with nice sofas, tables and huge bar along with the different restaurants. We ordered jerk chicken nachos and the jerk chicken Philly. Both dishes were very good the jerk chicken is seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of spice. I did notice the coco bread that comes with the Philly is baked fresh which is a plus! The portions are huge we had food left over to take home. Price was on par with everywhere these days a little under $20 per dish. The staff was also very nice when we ordered I may add. I went to the location in the politian food hall. Nice set up, roomy, and comfortable ambiance. I tried to ask the cashier could she request that the spice level be turned down a bit, she said the food is "pre seasoned" with that being said, the jerk was too spicy for me to enjoy and I was kinda sad about that. I waited until the food had cool down some and I was able to eat more of my mushroom sub. The bread is really soft and sweet and the fries were delicious. If I visit here again it would be to try the oxtail egg roll. If you love jerk food a kick, but trying to limit your meat content, then you will love this. I really like Politan Row. It's cute. There is lots of seating. It's the right amount of variety. The Food: Oxtail Egg Roll: 3/5 I had high hopes for this egg roll. I came specifically for it. I love oxtails and I eat it pretty regularly from different Caribbean islands. I love the concept, however, the flavor was lacking for me. I can still remember what the cabbage tastes like in the egg roll but I can't remember what the oxtail tastes like. There was no line and the lady at the register was nice. She got our orders in with ease and it didn't take long for them to make. I've never been a huge fan of mushrooms but this food looked so good I was open to try it. It did not disappoint! There was so much flavor in the food, the jerk was spicy but too much and it was so good. My boyfriend got the jerk shiitake mushroom philly with coco bread, and he said it was def a hit!
