Usually, most Vegetarian burgers are OK and I eat them because I feel guilty about eating an animal, but these were delicious with healthy ingredients: "The Veggie Patty includes 11 vegetables - Portobello mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato, carrot, celery, leek, roasted red onion, roasted garlic, cabbage, beet, and chives. It's also powered with whole ingredients like sunflower seeds, miso, farro, and quinoa." They also have a Portobello Mushroom burger. Organic Tea. Fries and onion rings. It's been eons ago since I last had Shake Shack. While you can still order at the counter, a self order kiosk is also available. I got the shack burger with single patty cooked well done. My sister wanted to try the west coast burger as it was reminiscent of In-n-Out. We shared fries and an Oreo milkshake too. There was quite a wait on our food. When it was ready, it was delivered to our table. I didn't want cheese on my burger but ended up getting cheese. One of the workers thought he made a mistake but ended up giving us a free burger? Located on the street front of buckhead village, you'll find plenty of parking in nearby parking garage and parking can be validated for 2 hours. As far as burgers go, shake shack does not miss for me. The burgers are always extra juicy, also greasy , but delicious and the vegetable toppings taste fresh. We got the bacon avocado burger and the double stack shack burger. The crinkle fries on their own are nothing special, but the black truffle sauce was delectable. Service was fine, and ambiance was nothing special but they offer outdoor seating upstairs, and on a nice day it was great. First let me say I love that they have a non-dairy chocolate milkshake and an option as well as gluten free buns! But this was my first time at shake shack and I really did not have a great experience at all.Service was not great honestly as well as we waited forever for our food. I stood at the register for a few minutes waiting to ask specific questions pertaining to allergies and Damien walked past me several times and never asked me did I need help. I saw him go to the back and say something to another coworker and they started to laugh. I didn't see what was funny at all about seeing a customer standing at the register not asking if they needed help. So my friend and I proceeded to go to the self-serve computer to order and I ended up figuring out myself even though I had already been over there the first time and not sure about specific ingredients in the food. I saw Damien having and attitude the whole time I was there and my friend even saw him being rude to another customer. We waited for almost an hour for our order and when I went up there to find out where my food was I had to ask one young man several times for my food which I didn't get his name. But I wish I would have. He never even attempted to look for my food. Finally Taylor the manager came up and asked me if I needed help and got my food. He also offered me a drink for my wait which I appreciate him trying. By the time I got my food I had a really bad headache. To top it off I ended up getting sick after eating it and (tmi) ended up vomiting. I think it was the shake unfortunately. Other than all that craziness the dining area was pretty clean. The food was ok. My burger was cold and I did include a picture and hear of it because it barely had any avocado on it and looks kind of skimpy. But it did taste good and my fries were hot. I mentioned that my fries were hot because there were a lot of people saying they're fries were cold. Lastly they were sitting customers food on the counter and walking away which I included a picture of that below as well. We order their takeout on a regular basis, because the SmokeShack burger is the bomb. It's a cheeseburger made with Angus beef and applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. We like the single patty version better than the double, because the single tends to be spicier. Everything else is just okay. The crinkle cut fries are nothing to write home about. The Chicken Shack Sandwich is alright. The shakes are very good if you are ready to drink 700+ calories. Service can be inconsistent. I visited Shake Shack two floors in Buckhead this past Saturday evening, and my experience was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. I ordered the SmokeStack burger and fries. My order was brought out to me hot and fresh. The highlight of the evening was the staff, Moreso the floor attendant. She was simply amazing. I love shake shack and go pretty consistently. This location is a tough one to quickly grab and go. The parking is underneath and you have to validate it or else it costs an arm and a leg. This location seems to operate kind of slower than usual. They don't have the self ordering stations like a lot of the other ones. The food was good but I hate I had to pay for parking just to eat at a fast food resturant. Perhaps I'm just not as familiar with the area know where to avoid that. Also, the restaurant was quite a mess especially compared to the area. The food is pricey and so you expect a little more as far as cleanliness. There were about 6 people standing in a circle behind the register so they seemed to have plenty on the clock. Better management would fix that. Someone should have been delegated to keep the place clean. I just picked the least dirtiest table to eat on. I would still recommend because perhaps that was just an off day. I brought my 4-year old son with me for dinner. The service was extremely slow, there was only one employee who was even remotely helpful. There was a homeless man walking around the restaraunt the whole time. We went to the outdoor patio to eat and the homeless man had a camp out there with all of his bags and trash. A-OK. Finally got the chance to try Shake Shack and wasn't very impressed. This one is located in The Shops at Buckhead, and it is nice inside. It even has a rooftop area. They don't have any "combos", everything is sold separately, but their menu is very simple. They offer Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, and Hot Dogs. You can pair those with fries, cheese fries, or bacon cheese fries. They have shakes, wine, and beer which is pretty cool for a burger joint. I ordered the Shack Stack which is a cheeseburger topped with a crispy fried portobello mushroom ('Shroom Burger) filled with melted muenster, and cheddar cheese. I also ordered cheese fries. The burger was okay. It sounded very good to me and I was starving, but when I actually got it, it was a bit disappointed. They cheese fries were super yummy. As we all know, parking can be really tricky in Atlanta. There's plenty of parking in their garage, and complimentary 3 hour self parking is provided with validation by most of the businesses you visit. Valet is also available, and they offer "Flash Valet" which will allow you to text them, and tell them where you want your car to be delivered close to you. Nice. Then, Shake Shack comes into the blurry picture of any imagination left, but only if you started drinking early enough to catch this magical moment while the shack is still open. Having visited many locations, from airports to the original in Madison Square Park, this location does a spectacularly wonderful job in all aspects. It is clean and the folks working here are friendly. The burgers are consistently delicious and fries are to die for. They pour steady amounts of beer to chase down the meal before hitting the sheets. If evaluating burgers around the world, Shake Shack would unquestionably sit within the list of top 50, if not the top 10. Thus, it is quite hard to go wrong with a visit to this magical place. It is also excellent to visit Shake Shack without a drink of course, but I genuinely feel that experiencing the flavors of a Shake Shack burger in its full capacity does require at the very least a light buzz. read more

I am a Shake Shack stan. It's my favorite fast casual burger place and I won't give it less than 5 stars. I rarely eat burgers or fast food. It is 100x more likely to catch me eating a salad. But the food here is absolutely worth it. So I reviewed the other location at Perimeter Mall with the items I tried there (Shack Burger, chicken bites, milkshakes, fries, etc.). But I will just talk about the items I had here. Spoiler alert: everything there was good too. This time, I decided to try the Shroom Burger. And it exceeded my expectations. It is so cheesy and umami and delicious. I didn't even miss meat in that burger, which is rare for me. I have tried tons of vegetarian option "burgers" and this was the best by far. It's a portabella mushroom stuffed with cheese and fried. The buns, Shack sauce and the tomato/lettuce are great on it. It's easy to order at the register. Then they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. There is also a rooftop patio on here so it's nice to eat outside when the weather isn't too hot. There is an elevator to the rooftop. Everything here is good! The burgers, chicken, vegetarian options, milkshakes (we got Oreo), and the strawberry lemonade. The fries I think are a little lackluster because they are nothing special, but they are a good complement to the burgers. I do think it is a little expensive for fast casual ($30 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks) but well worth it. Overall, would recommend. read more

We stop by the buckhead location Every once in a while for burgers and cheese fries. The food constantly tastes good here!! This location is always busy specially on weekends and you will have to wait for your food for at least 20 mins, the place is fairly organised, clean, and they will validate your parking ( just ask them about parking validation). Burgers- always yummy with great meat taste but greasy of course. Cheese fries- highly recommend it and ask to put the cheese directly in fries not on the side, I wish they put enough cheese on the fries Shakes- MUST try!! This location is definitely geared towards pickup orders. While we waited 15+ minutes for our "for here" order we saw countless bags coming out onto the app and online pickup shelf. There's limited street parking, and the garage is kind of a mission. I probably wouldn't eat here again unless I was coming to the area for multiple things. It's your average Shake Shack location although we did enjoy the rooftop dining area. I found the burger to be really salty but on par with what you'd expect for the franchise.
