This is the closest location to my house and it's disappointing how slow they can be. The drive through order taker was very nonchalant and didn't seem interested in taking orders ... meanwhile the drive through line was 6 cars deep. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency. I went inside and one person was leaning against the wall just taking the drive through orders while the inside line was 5-6 people deep. The MOD should probably be a little more proactive. This is the most incompetently run establishment I've had the misfortune of visiting. After waiting 10 minutes in line for my drive-through meal my order upon arriving at the window I was told my order was more than twice but it cost. I really like Zaxby's. There are none where I am from (Wisconsin), so when I find myself traveling in parts of the country that there are Zaxby's, I usually try to get to one at least once. I stopped in to this particular location directly after having flown in and picking up my rental car. I had been traveling all morning and was very hungry, looking forward to a great meal. I went with one of the "Zalads" (I hate that they call them Zalads, btw) and it was very good. The produce was definitely fresh, the grilled chicken was cooked and seasoned very well, and the portion size was HUGE. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. What I was not impressed with, however, was how long it took to get my food. I waited approx. 20 minutes after ordering before my order was ready. Other trips to this location haven't been as bad, but today I crossed this location off my list of convenient places to visit on my lunch break. I placed the order online and went thru drive thru for pickup-I requested a garden cobb salad-no bacon-NO MEAT. I received a grilled cobb salad. I was also missing sauces that they charge extra for. I'm not sure if the issue lies with the person reading (or not reading) the order or with the person responsible for checking order accuracy but it is disappointing to spend my entire lunch break from work waiting for my meal to be re-made; only to have it re-made incorrectly ONCE AGAIN. While using my 30 minute lunch break to wait on an incorrect order twice, I observed your cashier drop the tongs for the cookies on the floor, pick them up and still use them to retrieve cookies for a customers order! At this point I requested a refund because if that is happening out in the open in front of customers I can only imagine what happens in the kitchen. Sadly won't be visiting this location again and will advise all my co-workers to follow suit. read more

Totally love this place! I'm new to being a Zaxby's customer but I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try! I ordered the chicken finger plate, with fries and coleslaw...the Zax sauce is a must have! It's a creamy mix of spices that pairs very well with the chicken. The chicken breading is delicious! And the fact that your food is always hot and made to order...AWESOME!!! And that piece of buttered toast is heavenly! When you call in an order, it is done before you get there... Those salads are ridiculously tasty and I love the Honey French dressing they offer... The french fries are worth the calories... They are filled with fresh ingredients and there are several different types (house, asian, bbq/buff /fried or grilled chicken) I also enjoy the chicken finger plate which comes with yummy cole-slaw, seasoned crinkle cut fries, Texas toast and zacks sauce (mmm). The quality out does any other chain fast food Ive ever had. It can be slightly pricier ~ $7-10 depending on if you get a beverage. I also like that they serve coke-zero. I go to this Zaxbys during lunchtime. The food is great but the reason I give 3 stars is because the wait time is crazy if you go between 12-2pm. I have learned to order online and then just pick it up to go but I see many people who get frustrated because the wait times are so long. The employees are friendly and are trying to do the best they can. They either have a lot of catering orders they are trying to fill or the food just can't cook fast enough for the demand. This is my local Zaxby's, so I come here often. The service is hit or miss. The food is cooked to order so I expect to wait but sometimes its a really long wait. The chicken is good so I will be back but I don't think that has to do with the cooks, its just zaxby's food in general is good. Also the white cheddar bites are banging. Get those ASAP. I had every intention of getting a healthy lunch at Panera or McAllisters during work, but then realized that I had to drive past Zaxbys. That all went out the window. I cannot pass this place up! I love the Kickin Chicken Sandwich Meal. I've only not ordered that one time, and when I ordered something else, I was sad. I love the fries, the chicken, the bread, the Dr Pepper... its all great. Sometimes around lunch, this location can get super backed up. For that reason I never go through the drive through, I just can't see how you'd get out of there. I will echo other reviews that when I used to live across from here my order was frequently incorrect. However, I haven't received an incorrect order from them in a while. Perhaps it is Murphy's Law that if I don't check my order something will be wrong but now that I check my order each time everything is in line? My order is basically the same every single time. Boneless chicken wings with tongue torch sauce (or nuclear if I want my sinuses cleared up). A side or appetizer portion of the fried white cheddar bites with ranch instead of marinara. In the past that was the most frequent error - the staff did not realize I am a weirdo who loves ranch and they give me marinara instead. I have, more than once, received the boneless wing meal deal and paid the single order of boneless wings so at least the errors are occasionally in my favor! The restaurant is clean, they offer an order ahead function and are generally pretty speedy for those of us who are early lunch eaters. I am sure the rest of their food is good too but they are a great spot for speedy wings and the fried white cheddar bites are amazing fried cheesy goodness. This Zaxby's is the WORST!!!! I don't know why I even go back! My husband wanted a 10 piece bone in plate. I get there at 9:50. There is one car in front of me. There is no way to pull out because there are bushes surrounding. I literally wait 20 minutes to get to the speaker. They say there is a 25 minute wait for bone in wings. I said no thanks. I finally get to the window almost 10 minutes later, get my food and drive away. I get home to find half my order is not in there. I always have to wait an EXTREMELY long time and ALWAYS have my order messed up. The fries were cold and hard and the chicken was old and cold. Ugh!!! Today was a good day at Zaxbys. I came at 12:30pm (lunch hour) and was a little nervous the service may be slow since I am limited on my break time. The service was quick. I went in instead of going through the drive thru due to the line but they were moving fast through the drive thru and inside. They have two cooking areas one for drive thru and one for those dinning in. This made the service very fast. The employee taking my order was great! He was attentive to those needing condiments but also made sure we were taken care of as well as we ordered. He was super friendly and patient. I got the Blu salad. It is pretty big so I usually eat it over two meals. It's $8 so it should be big! Lol. I get the Buffalo chicken with it on the side so it doesn't make my salad soggy I get it with blue cheese dressing and cucumbers instead of tomatoes. It was delicious !!!!! Love love love it. It was fresh as well and the half I ate was filling. Let me add that the ice here (random I know ) is my favorite. It's the small cubes. Love that type of ice. Overall great experience.
