I used to enjoy this Chick-fil-A in Waverly, however, the past three times that I have come there I have ordered a burrito with no egg because I have an egg allergy. A couple years ago this same burrito was so big that I would finish half for breakfast and half for lunch. Now the price is higher, and the burrito is literally two or three bites and so small if it's in the palm of my hand. This is shrink inflation at its worst. Absolute robbery. I always love Chick Fil A but right now, I'm especially obsessed with the pretzel chicken club sandwich! I ordered a grilled one and a spicy one and I actually preferred the grilled. The pretzel bun is dense but soft and I'm loving the texture. The honey Dijon is a perfect accompaniment for the pretzel bun as well. The grilled chicken filet has way more flavor and feels less heavy than the fried spicy filet. Fried chicken with bacon, cheese, and a pretzel bun is just a lot and the calories reflect that. Ordered through the drive thru, the guy that took my order was very dismissive and rushed through my order. I asked for a large fry, and a medium water. The first time I went to this location (about two months ago) they gave us a gift card for a free sandwich because our order was delayed. Great experience that time. Went there again today and our food was delayed longer than our first visit and they also got a whopping 70% of the order wrong. I think this is the first time I've ever gotten a wrong order from Chic-fil-a. Needless to say, very unhappy with the experience this go around. Not sure if it's under new management now, or giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe they were understaffed or a lot of new staff. Gail the manager at this location is phenomenal!! I was having issues with my app taking payment off my GIFT CARD as opposed to simply scanning it to redeem rewards and pay another way, but Gail fixed it up for me! The solution is to tell the cashier before you scan anything- "I DONT want to pay on my app, I just want my points. I'd like to pay with a separate form of payment." He may be the youngest & shortest teammate, yet possesses an enormous smile, spirit & mannerism! & don't let the size fool you, as he rolled with the big "cows" seamlessly. I was also happy to see the older crew treat him with courtesy & respect while providing him guidance...which he really didn't need. He kindly made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Nice location but can get super crowded during the peek times. Expect a wait of 30 minutes. It's clean and the staff are friendly. This location doesn't have people outside taking orders it seems... maybe that's just when I come around. They have gotten my order correct each time. The drive through is a little tricky and goes around the parking lot not the place. They have a rewards program and there is plenty of parking. I recommend coming bit when your borderline hangry because you will be waiting a while. Hope you enjoy. read more

This review is for their Drive-Thru. Lately, it's been Drive Thru with most of Chick-fil-A establishment. Staff is polite and great at taking orders, however you need to check your bag of goodies once you get them. We got an order of side salad instead of fries. We thought we got the next customers order. Still in the car we went through the entire bag to double check our order and they forgot the french fries. Do Not Leave and Drive Off. Check your bag to make sure you get all items that you ordered and not something else. read more

My five star is not necessary for the food as every Chick-fil-A has pretty amazing food and I've yet haven't found one that I can complain about their food. This review in five-stars goes to their staff and service! It's unfortunate that the ratings is limited to 5 stars for this particular Chick-fil-A. For starters I've never seen such a well oiled engine as this particular franchise, their staff if far better than any customer oriented corporate Fortune company. This location is the Disney, Apple, Bentley of fast food, as busy as this location is during lunch time, I've never personally seen such an efficient service elsewhere. Their staff are not only the most friendliest and polite staff I've seen but the utmost professional and diligent individuals regardless if you use the drive-thru or walk-in. I love Chick-Fil-A! But this was horrible. They have blocked off a majority of their store to stow away their boxes of food and other junk that is not pleasant to look at while I'm eating my food. Service is very slow and seems as if they only care about the drive thru and disregard the people inside the restaurant. Also, all the trash cans were blocked off except for one and it was overflowing. AND INSIDE THE RESTAURANT!! No hate to the workers because it is not their fault. It is the management of the store that need to get their butts in gear and their act together. It is horrendous!!There was a very nice lady in the store who as she was leaving from working at Chick-fil-A heard me wanting some sauce. She went to get it for me before she left. I very much appreciated that and happy to see some good in this disaster of a Chick-fil-A. I will absolutely never go back to this location EVER again! I use this Chic-fil-A on a frequent basis. The staff are extremely upbeat and energetic. They're polite, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately they just can't seem to get their act together. I often have to go inside to have the order corrected, or collect missing items or condiments. They're pretty efficient with their drive through, though Waverly in general is a pain during busier hours such as lunch/evening. Not ideal access from the main road. Over all an okay spot, I hate to give two stars but the lack of attention to detail earns it. read more

Every time I order from this specific location I never get any sauce, not a one. Most recently I received undercooked and overcooked chicken minis, which is surprising to have that variety. I recently visited the drive thru at this location. Once I got to the window the staff member handed me the wrong order twice. When your order is taken they ask for a name which is put on your bag. I thought the third order he handed me was correct and didn't bother to check. When I got back to work I discovered the order was still the wrong one. I decided to drive back in traffic to have this corrected. When I got to the restaurant I was given an apology and my correct order was filled. I spent my entire lunch hour getting this corrected so I asked that my meal be refunded for the inconvenience which I was told that orders are not refunded?????? Given all the trouble I felt it only fair for them to refund my $12 which did not happen. This is very poor customer service and I will not be returning to this location. I live nearby and used to come here frequently. Most chick-fil-a establishments are well oiled and efficient machines. This location falls short of that standard by a huge margin. If they're not particularly busy expect a 10-15 minute wait, and anything aside from that expect upwards of 30 minutes. Defeats the entire purpose of "fast food". read more

Called, talked to manager on duty and was assured they would place items in my reward app to compensate me. Waited a week and nothing. Not frustrated about the cost of the salad but upset they did not follow through. So, I called again and spoke to manager and was assured items would be placed in my app. Actually spoke to manager in person later that day and was reassured that items would be placed in my app. A week later and still nothing. Called their ironically named STARS help line where they told me the owner/operator would get my message. Also used their online tool to reach out to the owner/operator.
