I don't like it the environment. It looks gloomy and not clean. The food is average, and staff are nice.

I went to Zaxby's on my lunch break today around 1:38 for my lunch break. The first problem that occurred was that I waited to order my food in the drive through for about 8 minutes. Not that big of a deal until I figured out that it may have been broken and decided to drive up to the window. A young lady finally approached the window and I asked if the system was broken and she said 'Yes, We haven't gotten around to put up a notice/sign". I let it go, and preceded to place my order. I paid and was told to pull up to the corner and they will bring my food out. As I was waiting I noticed vehicle after vehicle pull up, figure out it was broken, and park after placing orders. I kid you not when I tell you that I waited at that corner for 17 minutes as this lady was running orders to the wrong vehicles while after skipping me, etc. I rolled my window down, asked her if I could just park, go inside and place a return since I'm now 23 minutes into my lunch break. She said "Go Ahead, If You Want". I walked inside and there were people waiting just to be acknowledged. I know this for a fact after I overheard a conversation. A few people walked out upset. I finally got the chance to get help, told Leonna M that I would like a refund. She snatched my receipt, looked at it and said 'what about your sweet tea"? I told her that it was in the car and to just take it off or whatever so I could get back to work. Leonna M has a very nasty attitude, Leonna is rude, Leonna does not have the customer service skills, patience and consideration that customers deserve and that the team she appeared to be leading need/deserve. This was Absolutely Horrible and if you think that what I'm saying is a Stretch, review footage from the time I posted above. Hell you might get some more awful reviews. Customer service is first. Leonna should know that, go back through training or Leonna should just kick Rocks . read more

The workers at counter were very rude with attitude. I've never seen such a display of unprofessionalism. We were ordering and didn't feel like she wanted us there. It felt like we bothered her by coming in. The poor man in front of me couldn't here them call his name and with attitude and roll of eyes yelled his name. I suggest management or owners get with the staff and go over hospitality because I will never be back. Horrible read more

My first time here and the food was good and there weren't that many people eating in, they had a lot of people in the drive thru lane, the women at the counter didn't have much of a personality tho. read more

Ordered at 1:30 pm inside, 5 meals. Now 2:10pm and order not ready. 3 people in the kitchen plenty of help. Employees are poorly trained and there must not be a supervisor on duty because no one is taking charge of kitchen or speaking with customers. So far, the new Zaxby chicken sandwich is the leading contender in my search for "a better chicken sandwich". Juicy, crispy, original or spicy Zak sauce, soft and fresh bun, perfect firm pickles. There is another fast food establishment which is heavily advertising and hyping their "under the golden arches" crispy chicken sandwich and it is junk. Just moved here from Texas, good food and good friends is my only concern. This restaurant gets my 5 stars. The service was great, the staff was great, the place was clean and the food was exceptional. I've tried a lot of places since I've been here and I must say Zaxbys is #1 on my list. Oh yeah! While this place is absolutely amazing, I'm giving this store one star because of concerns for safety. I've been in line for nearly 25 minutes and the only possible explanation is that they are actually killing the chickens inside the store. While I'm sure the little chicken fingers will be fresh and worth the wait, I'm not sure that this store is actually set up for both the slaughter and cooking of the chickens. I ordered a 4 finger plate at the drive thru on January 14th @ 7:21 pm. There was no greeting, welcome to Zaxby's or related conversation. I had to ask at the drive thru if there was anyone taking orders. Finally after 3 attempts to order a meal with a common lemonade (in plain English) there was never any order confirmation. When I drove up to the window, we were ignored again. A gal opened the window and without saying "Thank you" or even a "F--- you" gave me my food and then closed the window. Really? Awful. I got the Nibblerz meal with hot honey mustard. My sauce wasn't even on the sandwich, like it is supposed to, but it was so salty. My first bite made me cringe because of how salty it was. I opened up my sandwich and it was as if they had dumped the entire shaker of salt on my bread. I have never had salt on my bread and it was awful. In order to even eat it I had to scrap off loads and loads of salt. Then I proceeded to eat my fries and they have no salt! This isn't the first time that I have received something like this and I hoped it was just a mess up every now and then but I have to say this is probably just a result of a bad crew. read more

The chicken Supremes are very good and the crinkle fries are my favorite. The drive thru can be slow and the communication isn't the best. Be careful leaving the parking spot as there is a blind spot on St Andrews Rd. read more

I placed a work catering order over the phone with Doug, who did everything he could to ensure that I would be able to place the order, due to some issues on my end. When we arrive to pick up the order, it was done and ready to go. It was extremely busy in there largely due to the order I had placed and I was completely blown away and how Doug was handling the counter and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He was remembering the smallest of details when taking customers orders and what they wanted. He is an awesome guy and was a pleasure to do business with. read more

This was not in our normal lunch route, however I wanted a salad. I had only eaten at a Zaxbys one time before so I didn't know what to expect. There was a lunch crowd and waiting time was a bit longet than I expected but I was pleasantly surprised for the salad was fresh and the chicken was flavorful. The traditional wings were breaded! I love Zaxby's but YUCK!! I ordered a wings and things with teriyaki wings. I've never had breaded wings from Zaxby's and they were disgusting. This is the best Zaxby's I have ever been to. My server/cashier was Muhogany. Excellent customer service. My food was hot, the portions were not skimpy, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this location if you love Zaxby's. I got the blue salad. Amazing. The fries were perfect - not too crispy, not too mushy. Haven't been too disappointed with this Zaxby's thus far. Fairly average and lines are never too long. When you go inside to order your food you'll probably see a ton of people in the back working. I've never seen McDonald's this packed with workers and they're supposed to have more business. read more
