Even though the cashier forgot to actually ring up and charge for the vegetables, the printed receipt clearly showed vegetables added to the meal. Despite seeing it listed right on the ticket, the cook decided to make the order incorrectly, serving only meat, noodles, and rice with zero vegetables. Instead of simply asking the cashier to charge me for the missed item so I could get the correct food, they just handed out an incomplete order. ​I spoke with the owner, Diane, to get a refund for the mix-up and ended up stuck waiting at the restaurant for over 40 minutes. Rather than resolving the issue, Diane was exceptionally rude and flat-out refused to grant a refund. To make matters worse, she openly threatened the cashier in front of customers, stating that any refund issued to me would be deducted directly out of the cashier's paycheck. ​It is a completely hostile work environment for the employees and reflects terrible business practices. I deeply regret paying with cash, as it prevented me from filing a dispute with my bank. The gentleman that took our order and payment and brought it out to our car was professional, kind and we really appreciated his hospitality. The parking lot felt safe and everything was lit up. We were able to walk to the bin to throw away our take out. Chicken tenders were incredibly crispy and not too greasy. The pepper sauce and ranch were great - the size of the dipping containers were so great and also made the dining experience a better one. It elevates the experience. The onion rings were beer battered like - very crispy. The fries were good. Holy moly, the apple pie was absolutely delicious and HOT. It sweetened the deal and I will absolutely be back for this apple pie - I can only imagine how great it is with a fresh cup of coffee. Thank you to the staff.
