There were only 2 cars in the parking lot so I almost assumed it was closed. I pulled in with anticipation to turn around but saw 2 younger ladies in the window just standing there, looking. So I parked. Went inside..... To my "surprise" there was a young lady with long braids BEHIND the counter, ALL THE WAY UP HER NOSE!! A older woman, who I'm assuming was the manager, was standing in front of her as she was ALL THE WAY IN HER NOSE...possibly adjusting a nose ring, HOWEVER...you are BEHIND THE COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS PRESENTED....ALL THE WAY IN YOUR NOSE...with your fingers. Your bare fingers that are probably used to serve food. They saw me. I saw them. We looked at each other and the young lady continued ALL THE WAY IN HER NOSE...the manager even turned to look at me looking at them. They continued. The worker was rude to me, she did not listen and got my order wrong, she keep asking my name instead. There was only one other car in line. I have no idea why she was rude. I have no idea why she didn't listen to me. My salad was horrible. The lettuce was old and turning brown. The chicken was cold. The bread was cold. There was no ice in my tea. Lets go back to 2005 maybe 2006ish.. At the High Point location, my buddy ordered a sandwich and received two chicken fingers on it and that was it... When my pal asked to have the rest of the toppings... The gal at the counter rolled her eyes and walked back to the kitchen yelling, "This dumb crackah moron wants more s*** on his sandwich." My buddy said, "I can hear you, I'd like my money back and I'm never coming here again." The manager got involved and gave my pal his money back. Today... we finally returned to Zaxby's FOR THE FIRST TIME in over 10 years!!!!! It was a great boycott, but we decided to break the awkward silence between us and this chicken joint. I consider myself to be a Zaxby's fan! I remember the early days of this company and have been a customer for almost 20 years. Whenever I visit South, I try to visit one of your restaurants. Today, I chose to bring two of my relatives who have never been. When we walked into this restaurant, I was stunned by the atmosphere. Napkins and food on the floor, tables dirty, only a few patrons, no music playing, and no one at the counter. Dead. We hurried up and ran out of there because that is not Zaxby's. I was embarrassed but my relatives had faith in me and agreed to drive across town to Sands Dr and we received excellent service and food. read more

Deserves less than 1 Star. Worst experience of my life. Went at night through the drive to encounter grumpy people that didn't want to be there. Pulled off to the side to find out nothing from our order was correct. My boy friend got out of the car to go up to the window to tell them what it was suppose to be. They gave us a new bag of food to only find out the order was wrong AGAIN. My boyfriend was super stressed and got out of the car a third time dropping and breaking his iPhone. Went up to the window to tell them it was wrong. We were charged for extra sauce and didn't get any and went to ask for the sauce we were suppose to get on the sandwich which they sarcastically responded we usually charge for sauce. 6 people in the restaurant and it took 20 min to get my dining-in meal which I had to go up to the counter to ask about. Then they handed it to me in a to go container without coleslaw so I had to get back in line and request that. When you hire kids you need to teach them that they have a job because you have customers. When the customers quit coming because they have other choices, you don't need employees. read more

Shorting folks on sauce, with attitude, since 2018. Props to management. Your beloved sauce is so sacred to your team members they're willing to go to the mat and scrap over a $0.25 sauce that we paid for and did not get. After we were told three times that the sauce is there, and looking all three times to see the sauce was not there, and also offering to give them the bag back so they could check it themself, someone had to come over to the window to see what the ruckus was about. Whoever that person was gave us our purchased sauce. It takes a special kind of skill set to make a customer feel horrible in a 30 second encounter at a drive-thru window. If your sauce is that precious, perhaps assigning a sauce governor to each shift would be helpful. In the meantime, please send those people through your competitors drive-thru windows so they can see the class that comes with giving people their sauce without batting an eye. And those guys don't even charge us for it. read more

My husband & I had an "Attractions Book" that features Restaurants & Services, etc,(features Discounts for Lots of Busineses) Zaxby's was featured & we thought we'd give this one a Try. We had a BOGO Coupon ; so I ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich & My husband ordered the Southern Style Chicken. The order was Wrong! They gave us both Grilled Sandwiches. My husband asked them to Re-do the order. They came back out with 2 sandwiches but the grilled was cold now, because they had made a New Southern Style, so they had to make a New Grilled one as well. We kinda let it slide a little since they made things fresh and corrected everything. Well, we went back last week & tried to use another coupon from the" Attractions"Book for BOGO Salad (Zalad) We went on a Tuesday.We were told we couldn't use the Coupon here @ this Location because of the Salads being on "Special" on Tuesday. The food is okay, but the service is horrible! I never get the extra sauce I pay for, and have to go back to the counter. On the most recent visit (11:30 am), the soda machine was out of all diet soda so I got tea, the tea was warm, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and I had to wait about 5 min. to get my extra sauce because there was no one at the register. There were only about 6 customers at the time and yet, it's like the employees just showed up and aren't prepared for the lunch crowd. read more

I went through the drive through. I ordered a Blue Blackened with 3 Mediterranean dressings and a basket of Texas Toast on the side. She asked me to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker. At the window she totally forgot my dressing and toast. She brought me dressing but I got home and realized she never put the basket of toast in my bag. read more
