I frequent this location for breakfast or lunch as I work in the area. The staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. My order has only been wrong 1 out of probably 100 times. Things happen, it's a busy time when I am there, so I don't take it personal. Anytime something isn't perfect, they fix it immediately. When I placed my order through the drive-thru speaker, I could hear employees laughing while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable and that my order was not being handled professionally. Unfortunately, my order was also prepared incorrectly. I specifically ordered a Diet Dr Pepper, but I was given a regular Dr Pepper instead. Because I rely on receiving the correct beverage, consuming the regular soda caused me to become very ill. I was extremely disappointed by this mistake and the impact it had on my health. After discovering the error, I called the restaurant to discuss the situation. Rather than receiving understanding or assistance, I felt that the manager was disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. This response only added to my frustration. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. I hope steps can be taken to ensure orders are handled accurately and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised.
