First time at this location. As I walked in I noticed how clean the dining area was. There were maybe 10 customers all seated eating lunch. I approached the counter staring at the large menu on display. I came hungry so it was a little difficult to decide on what I wanted. They are known for their loaded spuds but I did not want anything too heavy. I ended up ordering the choice of 2 - 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup or salad. I chose the Half club, the Savannah Chopped Salad, and the Broccoli Cheddar soup. It's extra of course if you're ordering more than 2 items but oh was it worth it. The club sandwich was fresh. The bread was toasted and all the veggies/meat were fresh. It was just enough. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious! Just looking at it I thought it was butternut squash soup. Bits of broccoli throughout the soup The Savannah Chopped Salad was freshly made. Lettuce crispy! Plenty of almonds and berries (cranberries) throughout the salad. A side pickle I didn't order dessert bc my mom made a cake so I am saving space for it Overall I had a very good lunch! I mentioned on my post the other day for the Presidential location that I would definitely order the nachos again, and I surely did.....I was dropping off some clothes at Goodwill and knew this was the fine time for that same repeat meal. I was on my game today with double checking my order before I left out. But so were the workers as my preparer left nothing out. I got my chili cheese topping, sour cream, and pickle spear. I saw two of the items on top of my box while it was waiting to be bagged. But I could not see inside the box so I asked the young lady to please check for it. And she pleasantly did so. The meal is like a 2 for 1 for me. Nachos now. Wrap Later. The nachos are still impressive and I like that the sauce was thicker but not too much. The consistency was really good. I ordered a cuban sandwich. It came on a regular sub bun, wasn't toasted, and had more mustard than meat.

Made a stop driving through town. Service wasn't too bad. Food was pretty good like any other McAlister's. Capacity was limited so half of tables in the restaurant weren't available. When we got our food looking for a table to sit, there was only one clean table available. Not sure if they were understaffed but there were so many tables that needed to be cleaned. Very hit or miss, but has been good the past few times I have visited. Most of the employees are kind, but there are a few passive aggressive ones. The food is phenomenal, if they prepare it correctly. Almost every time I come, someone at my table's order is wrong. The Garden Fresh Turkey sandwich is my go-too order here. It is also very healthy, if ordered without the Olive Oil dressing. It has avocado, tomato, turkey, and wheat bread. This McAalister's location is clean, and has lots of seating. My first time trying McAlister's and I've already decided I will not be back. I waited an additional 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. But that wasn't a huge deal. My problem is getting to my destination to realize my order was made incorrectly. How you make a BLT-A with NO BACON is beyond me. The avocado on the sandwich was also brown, meaning it had been sitting out and on top of that my veggie spud did not include cheese. All of these ingredients are included in the pictures on the menu so I don't understand how anyone could possibly mess that up. Slowest service EVER at a McAllister's. Nice staff, clean facility but took FOREVER!

This is the BLT with Avocado Sandwich. The bacon was stated to be thick applewood bacon. It is so thin and crispy there is no flavor. You would think the sauces on the bread would add flavor. However the sauce was so skimpy, that the sandwich was dry and tasteless. The cook was lazy. There was an hour and a half left and the cook decided that he had no potatoes too cook. The girl at the register ask the cook are you serious! He said tell them they will have to wait 45 mins for potatoes. When we said we will wait the cook looked upset. read more

The food is good BUT they are so unorganized. It took forever for our food to come out even though they weren't close to full and seemed to be fully staffed. Many people were complaining about their orders being wrong. My order was wrong but I ate it anyway. I'm familiar with this restaurant chain from Memphis and since my mum had never been, we stopped here for lunch while driving down to Orlando. Mum got the Garden Salad ($5.89) with Sherry Shallot dressing and loved how fresh the greens were plus good variety of tomatoes and cucumbers. She didn't really need the dressing at all (& didn't like the taste that much!). I got a veggie sandwich (but with an addtl Black Forest Ham as like it from here) plus potato salad as my side. Thought it was great, especially the good quantity of spinach and onions, however the sandwich could have used a smudge more Avocado! I have to give massive thumbs up for the friendly, fast and courteous service. My Mum liked it so much she started looking to see if there was a store located in Orlando (nope!). I've eaten here for years but in the last 2-3 years the quality has gone way down. They can't seem to keep staff. The man at the register next to me was trying to get a refund because his wife got her food but he never got his. His wife's food was now cold because she was waiting for his order to be delivered before she ate. My wife and I both ordered the Romesco chicken sandwich. On the way to the table I noticed no one sitting on our side of the restaurant had any food yet Our food did eventually arrive after about ten minutes, not bad but as I started to eat I wondered if it was supposed to be a hot or cold sandwich. The bread was hot but the chicken and bacon were cold. It didn't really matter because all I could taste was the lemon in the dressing. Very disappointing. I did notice them bringing out a lot of call in orders to be picked up. They don't have enough staff to do both call in orders and dine in orders. Absolutely not. Reason being is this some of the employees are rude. They allow dogs by the outside eating tables. When my parents and I were inside eating we noticed a couple brought their two dogs and they were sitting on top of the table eating food and among other things. The manager never did anything about it so go figure she didn't care or want to loose their customers but she did loose three customers. Yes, we asked twice to see the manager she never came over. There is plenty of items to choose from, plenty of seating inside and outside, soft drinks. The employees attitude are nice and some are rude.
