Ordered on 7/25 from the zaxbys app for delivery . They closed early but still the order went thru to door dash and the dasher had to cancel the delivery because they were closed. The manager on duty (Elijah ) never cancelled the order even though I called after the delivery cancelled and he said he is "doing it right now" he's a liar . Money cleared my bank over $50.00 I disputed the charge with my bank. I only had proof delivery was canceled not order so dispute denied . Called the store again , explained everything to Bruce he tells me to call door dash . I didn't order door dash it was a zaxbys order# I have not a DoorDash order#. I told him you don't listen I told you to listen , he admitted to "I just heard door dash" I said again because you don't listen . So he told me to just call corporate because I was upset . Maybe had Elijah done his job 7/25 or you listened to?? But no it's my fault !?! I called corporate told them what happened 7/25 they said it would be quicker if I called the store - told them I did that told them about my experience with Bruce . They took care of it I have to wait another 3 weeks for the refund . I regret ever dealing with Zaxbys. Don't order from this store managers are liars who can't listen and fix or own mistakes. read more

I have been going to this Zaxby's for a while now. From the moment you walk in the employees will greet you and hold the same amazing service throughout your entire stay. The food always tastes great and they stay pretty consistent with the quality. Of course time to time there would be an issue with my order just like anywhere else but they always make it right and make sure you leave happy. read more

Ordered through Door Dash. Ordered the 10 chicken fingers and regular fries. The order came expeditiously which was the only positive to this order. Instead of 10 chicken fingers I got 8 and the fries were not even remotely cooked. Still cold and full of grease. I managed to salvage them in the air fryer, however when you pay for 10 to feed everyone and get 8, there's no way to fix that. Slow down Zaxby's and if you can't count to 10 then perhaps you're in the wrong profession. read more

I ordered the new Asian zensation salad in the drive thru last week, got home to realize I didn't get the egg roll, I shrugged it off. I just got another order online today and I did got my egg roll, burnt!! No seasoning on the fries on the other order when I requested extra! This is ridiculous when they were not even busy! I'd be embarrassed to even give this to a customer(I used to work fast food) but I guess the quality of food and standards they have for the food they serve has declined. Sad. read more

Ordered online food with the sauce boxes and came with no sauce and toasts were burnt the drinks had no ice in them and cookies were not even put in a bag. Paid 16 dollars for a box that has the name sauce on it and pay for sauce and not give me it. This has happened several times to me along with the chicken completely tasting like rubber and not even hot or fresh. First time ever trying Zaxby's (new to the area and north Florida in general) people always brag about this place so decided to try. It was AWFUL. The fries just seem like frozen ones from kid cuisine, the chicken fingers were cooked to death, they were so tough. I also tried the fried cheese bites and they weren't even hot. Decided to stop here for a quick dinner. First of all the inside of the restaurant is not open. But I'm not sure many that are. I ordered a buffalo blue salad With light ranch. The person taking the order was very nice friendly and upbeat. When I pulled around to pay the young lady at the window was incredibly polite and very nice as well. Only 3 stars because the two salads were prepared well and were tasty. However, my signature sandwich combo was the opposite. The worst I have ever had at a Zaxby's. The sandwich, photo attached, was soggy, cold and the chicken would not stay on the bun. The french fries were soggy and cold. The young guy at the drive thru window was courteous . I ordered the kicker chicken sandwich, more hot sauce would have been nice but I'm sure if you ask for extra they'll put more.. anyways.. really good! I it's a little pricey but it's definitely worth going to get some chicken tenders . For the wing sauce , I can't remember the name but it had three flames, taste like buffalo sauce next time I'll get the sauce with 4 flames lol I just like spicy. The customer service was OK! I'll be honest ... I'm happy to have a Zaxbys close by but tonight's experience has put me past that. Typically I have to double check my orders due to knowing they have a tendency of forgetting items and sauces. Tonight I did not do that. I get home to find that two of my four tenders are mostly just breading and the size of a large Chick-fil-a nugget. I am now in the "drive the extra distance to Oakleaf" camp. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Went through the drive thru tonight.... chicken looked like it was a few days old, cooked and cooked again! Forgot our dressing for the salad. Asked for extra chicken in the salad... did not get it. The chicken in the Chicken finger plate was horrifying! One piece of the chicken had sauce partially on it like it was taken off of a sandwich and re-used for our meal. Asked for extra fries instead of cole slaw.... got extra fries but they looked and tasted like they had been cooked this morning and sat around all day. Probably the worst Zaxby's I've been to. Their salads are at least half the size of other Zaxby's. Something is usually missing, dressing, most of the chicken, the fried onions...something. I know they are probably running with short staff, but come on, have some standards. We recently went to the Zaxby's in St Augustine and the salad was three times the size as the Zaxby's in Middleburg. read more

Went to get chicken wings me and my husband . My husband 20 boneless sweet -n- spicy and I ordered 10 teriyaki traditional bone in wings . We also ordered an appetizer and a large french fry for my husband. All food we got except for the appetizer was at best room temperature. We had spent more then $42 to eat fresh made wings and recieved ready made wings . Although the employees were very nice and the food came out in a timely manner .we ended up having to re-order fresh made wings. I think $42 is a lot to spend to get Premade wings they should be made fresh to order . Sorry to say but not too keen on the idea of returning for a meal . The Manager also never appeared to apologize or bring our order to us . But thank you to the nice young Man that seemed to get our situation handled quickly. read more

Zaxbys has never disappointed me until now. Only gave two because they gave military discount. Ordered chicken and wings I always ask for the hottest they got and put extra sauce on the wings plus I don't mind paying extra. Got it home little to no sauce at all some of the wings didn't have sauce on them at all. I was really disappointed you would think paying 12 bucks plus tip I could get a little extra sauce. Terrible chicken. Chew several minutes before you can swallow it. French fries were so hard seems they cooked it ahead of time then re cooked them right before they serve them. The toast was so soft that it would not stay up long enough to bite it. The celery was good and so was the Coke. Terribly overpriced. Could not eat but one of mine asked for manager and he refused to come out and talk to the customer instead he send a young assistant manager.
