    Mango Margarita
    Jen A.

You guys need to come here and eat actual Mexican food. This is our 2nd time here and we came back because the food was amazing, service was fast, and the margarita and pretty good. The mango one is my favorite. I can't recall what I got last time but today I got the burrito California and it was great. And their salsa for their chips tastes authentic and is amazing also. The place is so full of color and you feel like you are in a Mexican restaurant inside of Mexico. Hurry up and come try this place.

The Flamingo! Watermelon redbull, coconut, pineapple mocktail!

My husband and I stopped in the other day to try El Mariachi! We had seen their sign and noticed they were new. The server who took care of us was so friendly and the menu was HUGE! They also have lunch specials every single day till 3pm (not just on the week days). I was also pleasantly surprised to see they had some mocktail options for us NA people! I got a drink called the flamingo. It was watermelon redbull, coconut, pineapple and yeah it was so yummy. For food we shared two items the steak taco plate which came with rice and beans and the "mini" chimichangas! Both were absolutely delicious and I was truly blown away. I always ask for restaurants hottest homemade hot sauce and theirs didn't disappoint. It was a habanero sauce and it was so good. We can't wait to return and I high suggest checking them out and supporting this new business!

    Guatemalan Tamal

First visit, they have only been open for about 4 weeks. So that is enough time to shake out any issues. Bright and colorful decorations and very comfortable. Met by a mother & daughter team of very friendly and informative ladies about the food. Now on to the food, complimentary chips & salsa with a very mild salsa and crisp chips. I ordered two Pasteur street tacos and Guatemalan Tamal. Both were very fresh and flavorful. The pork in the tacos was a bit sweet and that balanced the mild spices and fresh cilantro. The Tamale was different from the usual type that many are familiar with wrapped in a corn husk. This was wrapped in a banana leaf and served with toast in the traditional way. Very fresh and flavorful. Asked for hot sauce and we got two, both escalate the heat levels, perfectly. They have a very full menu, all of us were interested in returning to try more of the menu and believe it would be as good as this meal was. This is not chain La Nap food. This is home made food made with heart. All the best to them and hope they have great success.

I always order their bourbon chicken, which is tender and flavorful. Perfectly sweet, not too salty. I never taste bourbon but I don't think I've ever tasted bourbon in bourbon chicken. Anyways, the lo mein is good too. Like in a satisfying, comfort food type of way--carby noodles covered in an also sweet sauce with vegetables for color, cuz you know they ain't added for nutritional value. I like this place's meat options better than the other place, whose name I have conveniently forgotten. I prefer their food so much that I have not even ventured to try Sarku yet! Maybe next time. Probably not, lol.

For a mall food court food place, Mandarin Express is a pretty good choice. My hankering for…read moreChinese food waspish pleasantly satisfied, and I even had enough leftover for lunch the next day! My order included bourbon chicken, honey chicken, fried rice, and ragoon. The bourbon chicken and fried rice were exceptional, and I didn't feel like I was eating sketchy food. (I only say this because some foreign food places serve things that I'm not sure qualify as food) For my personal taste, the honey chicken was too sweet, on the sticky side, and a little over fried. But if you like sticky sweet fried chicken, this is the choice for you! As for the ragoon, I wish it had crab in it and I wish they had sauce. BUT those wishes aside, they were pretty darn good! (And cheap too, $1.50 for 3) Overall, I had a very good experience! Should I be in the area craving Chinese again, this is where I'll go.
