The food is great! I love salads and I have always loved Zaxby. My husband usually picks up our food. He tried the drive thru but our order was ALWAYS wrong when he got home. So now he goes in. Honestly there is always something missing/wrong still. It's kinda frustrating. Fried chicken instead of grilled, wrong dressing even though corrected on ticket, no eggs, no bread, no salad dressing! I know they employ school kids and that's great! However there needs to be an adult supervising, if not WHAT are you teaching? Got treated terrible maybe this zaxbys could improve by getting a new manager because this manager is genuinely the worst moody is one of the best cities but this zaxbys puts a bad stamp on it. I usually get the house fried salad but the Asian zensation salad is back so I decided to try it the salad wasn't bad at all! My complaint is the portion size I've noticed a lot of these fast food restaurants are upping their prices & I get it everything everywhere is sky high but dang can y'all at least give the same portion size since we're paying higher prices!! These salads are getting smaller and smaller but that rate stays the same! Ion like it!!!! And I tried the peach tea that taste like regular tea & when I asked the guy in the drive thru was this peach he insisted it was & I was polite like I always am but his nonchalant attitude about it rubbed me the wrong way I think I'll do better making my own salads from now on first jacks now them! We attempted a stop for a quick meal as a family at another fast food place but saw a lot of people waiting for food and worried about the time it would take. I'm glad this happened because we went up the road to Zaxby's. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Kids enjoyed picking soda from the Coke Freestyle machine. Overall a good quick meal. They also have a rewards program and give you a free meal to download the app and make an account. read more

Good, BUT WAY too expensive. Definitely can't eat there as often as I'd like. But when I can, it's good.

The food wasn't even that good and the service was extremely rude and made the choice of smarting off towards all the customers. I would recommend going to the one near Publix in 280. Everyone there is super nice and there's usually never any issue. Plus the food is better even though they are the same restaurant. In the end, I wouldn't recommend you going to this one unless you really just have to. They used to be really good and the service was always nice. I'm not really sure what happened. On top of that, the area that you can see through in the window was absolutely disgusting. I personally wouldn't be surprised if it's worse where they cook. read more

This is the first time I been so disgusted by a manager behavior. First they mess my order up and completely got it wrong. Then the took the food and toss it in the trash saying that's there policy. The food at this Zaxby's location tastes good. It's always fresh and delicious. That said, our order hasn't been right in many moons. We're always at least missing sauces that we ordered and paid for, and sometimes receive just entirely the wrong items. We stop in the parking lot to make sure it's right and then go in and have it fixed, and I understand that's just part of it when dealing with fast food, but it shouldn't be every time. And it is. I had to have Zaxby's at least once before heading back up north, so we stopped at this Zaxby's on our way to the airport. We went through the drive thru. I ended up ordering the meal that comes with chicken, fries, texas toast, and a drink. They didn't mess up our order at all, so that's a plus. Everything was delicious. It's cheap but higher quality than similar places. Such a great fast food place, wish they had these everywhere. read more

I used door dash to order a salad and a side of fries. These inept morons sent me a salad in a bag without dressing or even a fork. I wasted the 10 dollar door dash fee by having to go back and get my dressing and fork. How Intelligent do you have to be to remember at least a fork??? And I go back and the doors are locked. French fries are past soggy as is the toast. Chicken was tough and dry. Next time will pass right by.

The same great taste from zaxbys and great Service . on some days the lines may be a little long but that is just a sign of business. Overall this place is pretty good and definitely gets a 4 star from me read more
