I placed an online order to be paid for with cash upon pick up. My order was approximately $37. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time I was told my order "is not pulling up." I asked what that meant. She told me they "never received it." I said that was odd bc my phone gave me a pick up time. She disappeared into the back and came back with another woman who was smiling, if not laughing, before she opened the drive thru window again. When she opened the window she said, "I'm sorry, our system canceled your order." Right....your "system" being that smiling woman beside you. And instead of offering me something that was already made or suggesting I replace my order, or even verbally taking my order over again, they just looked at me like I was dumb until I drove away. The driver placed the Little Caesars pizza on the front porch and did not ring the doorbell. When I went to check on its arrival, I saw the pizza just sitting (no paper or plastic bag) on the front door mat. I brought the pizza inside on the kitchen counter. And when my wife opened it, she screamed and dropped the pizza on the floor because the inside was crawling with ants. I immediately picked it up and threw it in the trash can. I then had to spray the counter and floor (trash can too), with bug spray. I then drove to Litter Caesars to see what they could do? The only thing they did was tell me to contact Yelp for a refund. That's a whole different complaint because there is no location or icon for refunds. So the question goes "who places a hot delicious pizza on the ground?" I guess I'll be eating cereal tonight. PS. The food is always good, they never have anything hot and ready. It's always a 20 minutes + wait.

I don't know the last time I've had pizza from this spot it had to be more than 15 yrs ago but my daughter raved about the pepperoni puffs they have I was in the area & was low on funds til payday so I thought let me see what she was talking about for less than $5 I got 4 pepperoni puffs with cheese pepperoni topped with the buttery garlic drizzle herbs & Parmesan seasoning they were fresh out the oven & absolutely delicious I would've given 5stars but the young man that waited on me although he was friendly he said something sarcastic about me declining to tip in a jokingly way but subliminals are easily recognizable however I always tip I didn't have enough funds on my card to include it with my purchase & I usually keep dollar bills on me but I was out of those as well but instead of giving him the reason I keep a lot of change so I gave him everything I had it was probably about $3 to $4 I hope he doesn't make that a habit because times are hard & you never know what people have or don't have! Pizza is always good, staff is always friendly. They have one guy working the counter, drive through is backed up. I sat in line 30 minutes before I got to order. I try to call ahead to place an order but they never answer the phone, never! Business is good here, they could hire more workers. I would go elsewhere until they get it together here. read more

I'm the first to admit that Little Caesars isn't the best pizza in the whole world, but when you're trying to feed a large group, it's great for the price! They offer several deals that make this option even more affordable. I do love the garlic crazy bread and that never disappoints. The reason for the 4 star rating is because this location is so busy they they hardly ever have "hot and ready" pizza when you get there. I usually have to wait at least 10/15 minutes. The staff is quite nice though so I'm always happy to wait. read more

I had stopped going to Little Caesars pizza because it started to be like every time I went there I had a ridiculously long wait and then half my order was cold. Even if I had called ahead. So it's been six months or so since I had went there. Tonight was a good visit. We called ahead and I stopped by on my way home from my daughter's cheerleading practice. I did have to wait at the window for about five minutes but I think they didn't have many workers since it's a Tuesday night so he girl in the front was running pizza out to cars as well. But my order was ready and still hot when I got home. I'm not giving the place more stars though because this was not a normal occasion, it's usually more of a wait or the order is messed up. I will say that every time I've been there all the workers have been wonderfully nice no matter how busy or slow they were at the time. If you want okay pizza cheap and fast this is the place to go. First off everyone should come to Little Cesar's with lowered expectations. This is pizza because it is round, has red sauce, cheese, and occasionally toppings on it, and more often than not is warm. If you really wanted quality pizza you wouldn't be getting a $5 hot and ready. It is what it is, and that's average pizza. read more

For the last 3 months, every time we try to order from the Leeds Alabama store they either take the order and it doesn't show, don't take orders, or like tonight at around 7:15 pm they have a hand written sign put up saying they are closed. Last weekend we tried to go around the same time and the girl inside told us she wasn't allowed to take any orders. Every time there are employees inside but they won't work. We arrived in Leeds at 9pm after an 8 hr drive. Wanted something quick and easy. This is right off the exit. Walked in picked up pepperoni pizza for $5. If you don't like LC pizza then you shouldn't stop here. But if you do this was really good and had amazing crazy bread. Doughy, hot, garlicky goodness. Meal for 2 adults for $7 under 5 mins and it was hot and fresh. Not healthy but they deliver what they promise! They only had marinara for breadsticks. read more

My kids live this pizza, so I give it a 5 star for them. However, this pizza tastes just like all Little Caesars, so I give it a 1 star. Once a week, I tell my wife that the Federal Trade Commision should not allow them to call this pizza. Therefore, my recommendation is a 3 star overall. If you enjoy the taste of a $4 supermarket pizza already prepared, then this is your place. Else, look elsewhere. read more

My experience at Little Caesar's was average for me. The drive-thru was backed up about 10 cars and very slow. Little Caesar's is supposed to be known for having pizzas already cooked and ready to be handed to you but I guess not at this one. I ordered just a large pepperoni pizza and took me about 30 minutes to get through the line. The pizza was about average but what can you expect with cheap drive-thru pizza. The workers did wear masks and gloves which was nice to see and also very friendly and apologized for the wait. read more

This is the second time I have gotten undercooked food. Look at this crazy bread. It is raw! So now I paid for it and since I am on lunch do not have time to go back and get one that is actually cooked. This is completely unacceptable. I recieved my pizza's and one was cut so little that my pieces of pizza tore and the other was cut on one half of the pizza and not the other and I'm not mad that I have to cut the pizza what I'm mad about is that I have to cut the pizza after it's already been cut either cut it correctly or don't do it at all it really isnt that hard. read more

The term Hot and Ready does not apply to this location. Ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. They told me to pull around an they will bring it out. Waited 18 minutes and after seeing numerous people going in and out with and leaving with food we and the car next to us decided to go in and check. Of course they were ready and sitting on the counter when we walked in. This has happened a few times now so I can say if your in a hurry it's a hit and miss kinda place Update 7-4-18 Went in and ordered 3 cheese and 3 pepperonis. Lady at the register said it would be 15 minutes. After 20 I walked in and they said we are so sorry but we are out of pizza dough. It would be another 20 minutes before we would have that ready.
