We visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was between lunch and dinner so they weren't real busy. The salsa was delicious and had a little extra flavor than salsa at typical Mexican restaurants so I appreciated that. I ordered the tilapia and it came with quacamole salad, corn and bread...all were fantastic! My husband had a chicken fajita type meal and it was so good that he had no leftovers. We had kids meals of chicken tenders and cheeseburgers served with fries. The service was great and the restaurant was easy to get to right off of the busy road. Ever since COVID hit, my husband and I have been trying to get our Mexican food fix locally. We weren't happy with the other Mexican restaurant available in our area, so we decided to try this restaurant. The times we have ordered from them they have been very quick, the food has been very fresh, and they've been very good about to-go/curbside orders. On this particular occasion, my husband and I both ordered the fajita quesadilla dinner, and it was delicious. It comes with rice, beans, and guacamole salad (which has sour cream, pico, guacamole, and lettuce. The portions are very large and the prices are pretty reasonable. Our total order was $22. They have a large menu with lots of different options and they are pretty good go to Mexican restaurant if you're local. Even though the outside of this restaurant looks a little shabby, the inside looks pretty clean and neat. Their food is Soooo good! It is always fresh and hot. The best salsa I've had in a while. They have really good service and I got my food quickly after I ordered it. My steak quesadilla was really good and a decent size for the price. The staff is friendly and try to keep up with diners needs even when they are extremely crowded. The salsa is like a few I've had in other restaurants blended tomatoe paste with some seasoning. Which is not my favorite type of salsa. It's rather bland. The margaritas tasted watered down and I'm not sure if there was any alcohol in our pitcher. We always order carnitas. These looked and tasted like they had been boiled and then microwaved. I hate peas and corn in spanish rice. It is a big indicator to me that the food is not going to be good because they are using a pilaf mix instead of actually making it. My kid spilled his drink all over the table. I told the first waitress I saw, and she left. When she came back she said she told our waitress.... She didn't even bring us a rag to clean it up.
