Extremely disappointed with my experience at Zaxby's Valdosta store #00107 on the night of May 13th. I arrived at 10:10 PM after a local baseball game and ordered two Zax Snacks. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, yet after waiting over 25 minutes, I still had not received my food and finally requested a refund around 10:35 PM. There were multiple vehicles pulled forward and parked waiting on orders, making it obvious the location was severely behind and poorly managed. What made the experience worse was the attitude of both employees and management. Instead of showing urgency or professionalism, they were dismissive and unconcerned while customers sat waiting excessive amounts of time for simple orders. Customers should not have to wait nearly half an hour for two meals only to leave empty-handed. We ended up driving 30 minutes home and cooking dinner ourselves because this location failed to provide basic service during normal business hours. Completely unacceptable experience. read more

Waited in drive through for 15 mins when I got to speaker to order they said sorry were closed. I begged them to take our order no response. Online closing time was 12 midnight they closed at 1052 that's 1 hr and 8 mins early. Unacceptable and lost revenue for their company and created a bad image for their brand. The absolute worst Zaxbys I have ever visited. Fist experience was several people hanging out in the restaurant harassing customers and even the employees was part of the ones causing trouble. The another time order curbside . Waited 45 minute's after the set time it would be ready. 4 cars in parking lot so the wasn't busy. The employees standing around talking and my food was on the shelf COLD.thats only 2 of the situations ive encountered there. There other one in town is great but this one really is BAD. normally i stay away from these reviews but this was by far the WORST service ever. me and my friend found hair in our food and milkshake. the soda machine was completely out and there was no effort to change the syrup bags out and the sweet tea up front was terrible. not the mention, the bathroom is disgusting. there toilet paper all over the place and urine on the floor. my other friend had to ask where her milkshake was because it was taking so long. it also took like 30 minutes for someone else to get their food. do NOT come here. read more

I love zaxby in Atlanta Ga so I tried my luck in Valdosta inner perimeter it took forever AS USUAL AT THIS LOCATION.., to get HALF DONE HOT FRIES! I went thru drive thru after working with no lunch break! I asked the drive thru cashier for ketchup! She looked me in my eyes and told me ketchup is in my bag...( something about the way she said it made me not believe her, and my commute is 45mins! I pulled into the parking lot to put ketchup on my fries and THERE WAS NOT ONE PACK OF KETCHUP! I was PISSED OFF OK! I dont waited 15mins for a big Zack snack my fried half done and the drive thru clerk just FLAT OUT LIES what would it hurt her to give me ketchup!! I got to turn off my vehicle go into the store and get ketchup hell if I wanted to go in I would have went in and ordered! Visited this Zaxbys location recently. I have never seen such a mismanaged restaurant. Staff members, were too busy chatting, getting drinks for themselves es, etc. Placed an order, the alleged employees forgot several items in the order. Food was okay, nothing to have about. Drink station needed cleaning and was out if ice. Ketchup and other condiments not present on counter, had to ask for them. One of the exits blocked by trash receptacle, pretty sure that's against the local fire code. Floors needed to be swept and mopped, water on floor near exit, where was the wet floor sign? Propping another door open allowing insects i to the restaurant. Holes in the walls, which needed repairing. Read the posted health inspection, the inspector needs to revisit this restaurant ASAP. They're rated B but a C or D might be a better reflection of the problems observed. Would I go back to this location, probably not. Got lucky didn't get sick, but way too many issues, maybe once the problems are addressed. read more

A very busy place! If you come here during the typical lunch hours or after work- prepare for it to be busy. Their turnover time is usually pretty good, but today was at least a 15 minute wait. The customer service is fair, and the food is good. I recommend the grilled house zalad. My favorite sauce to also recommend is hot honey mustard when it comes to dipping chicken. Zaxby's is a favorite here, and it's one of mine too! read more

The one thing about zaxby's is that they are consistent. The food will served quickly and the drive-thru line moved very fast. My only issue was that the food was not hot enough. My salad was perfect, but the chicken tenders were not as fresh as the should be. read more

The food was warm the fries could of been season more and they have in the past. I like zaxbys a lot and it pain me to give them a low rating but I have to be honest. The Buffalo wings would of been real good if they where hot the meal was okay I had better zaxbys experiences probably won't ever go to this location again to be completely honest with y'all. All I ask for is for my meal to be hot I shouldn't have to go home and Put my meal in the microwave jus sad but the best thing of the meal was the sweet tea it was cold and sweet just like I like it that's the only thing on the meal that's post to be cold. read more

My #4 wings were cooked to hard the fries were great but I couldn't eat the wings.

The service on inner perimeter is dreadful and the assistant manager should be fired. There's no reason that service should take 30 minutes. This particular manager was more focus on door dash orders then the actual customer inside the location. This isn't my first horrible experience but it will definitely be my last. I would rather go to Chick-fil-A than waste my time and money at Zaxbys. read more

Ordered the family meal through the drive-thru tonight. Got home and we were short a meal along with the extra ranch we ordered. Drove back and the "manager" on duty was nice and replaced the meal. Got back out to the car and the ranch we didn't get the first time was zax sauce this time. Goodness!!!! This happens often. The restaurant near the mall can never get it right and it's a hit and miss at this location. Especially through the drive thru. I'm surprised the owner is accepting of this situation. As I write this I am currently in line at this Zaxby's. I was on this side of town so I figured I'd give them another shot. I have been in line since 9:14 and it is now 9:38 and there are still 3 cars ahead of me to order. I am beyond furious that I've spent 20 minutes in line and will probably spend another 30 before I get my food. I know Zaxby's is not known for their quick service but my God, how in the world do they not get reprimanded and then subsequently fix this problem. The wait time in the drive thru here is always outrageous and it blows my mind that the owner, nor manager, nor corporate has done anything to fix this problem. This location has once again decided to close its lobby. You either have to order ahead and pick up or use the drive through. Both options have very long wait times. So many other places have open lobbies, even other Zaxby's locations. Why they have closed the lobby defies logic. read more

First time I came here the drive thru wait was about 15 mins... I understand certain times of the day are busier than others.. it was around 7PM though. The wait times here are entirely too long. Every single time I go, the wait time is for at least 30 minutes. And this is not just because of pandemic. Oh Zaxby's...how I miss thee! Every time I visit Valdosta, I HAVE to go to Zaxby's. The closest Zaxby's to me in Texas is hours away in a far away land that I know NOTHING about, so I have to get my fix when I come home. I always order the Zaxby's Club, but their Chicken Finger Sandwich as well as their wings are to die for. Besides the amazing food, the staff is always friendly and the bathrooms are always clean! Chicken finger Heaven!! Great food, great service, great price!! Dependable quality over the years. Nibblers are addictive. Home made potato chips are awesome! Fried mushrooms, finger plates, great sauce, great bread, great fries, incredible milkshakes, etc.. This place is what we laugh about as higher end fast food ;) that can be seen in the types of salads offered. Love the Zensation salad! My kids have come to expect Zaxbys at least once a week. read more

This location is a disgrace to the chain. And My fam can usually agree to eat zax as we all enjoy the food and service. But this location was out of ice, out of dr pepper, employees were arguing, it took 15 mins to get a salad that looked like it was thrown together and the dinning area is small and crowded compared to others. To top it off it took 10 mins to get out of the parking lot because the exit lane and drive thru are the same so if more than 5 people in drive-thru you get to wait on the next customers 15 min salad too!! read more

I have to give Zaxby's five stars because I do like their chicken strips, they are very good and taste homemade, I love the fact that I can actually come somewhere for good chicken strips and fries, and they actually give you a decent amount. It's kind of sad though that they charge you twenty-five cents at the drive-thru for honey mustard and you have to walk in to get it if you want it for free. But that's business nowadays, either way it's still good and I will be coming back here again, I don't see why not, plus, I'm sure there are other things on the menu that I'll like other than just their chicken strips. I'm actually being lenient with this review, if you've seen all my other reviews I don't give many places five stars, but this place is getting it.
