Service was absolutely great. This is one of the best waffle House experiences that I have had in years. The waffle was mixed perfectly and cooked perfectly. The eggs are medium was cooked exactly like eggs over medium. The hashbrowns have the right balance of crisp versus not crisp. The bacon had nice crisp edges, but wasn't crunchy in the center. It didn't crumble. Absolutely perfectly cooked and prompt fast service. The women's restroom was out of order today due to the lock mechanism not working correctly, but the men's room was very clean for all patrons to be able to use. Stephanie was super sweet and did a wonderful job taking care of all of our needs and was super prompt and absolutely delightful. read more

Rude people work here. I don't eat meat and they put meat in my waffle and don't understand why that bothered me when I ordered that for somebody else nine times out of 10 when I've ordered from here I never get exactly what I ordered. read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way to Alabama. We were greeted by Dehja, with the nicest smile. Our order was taken promptly and we were given fresh hot coffee to start the day. I like my eggs over medium and Lloyd, the chef did a perfect job. My grits and bacon were cooked to order. My husband had an omelet of mushroom, onions and sausage that he said was one of the best ever. I watched Quinn, the manager, direct the busy flow like a pro. He had everything in order and out nicely. The restaurant was clean and the staff just love their jobs and it showed. We will certainly return. read more

I guess in certain areas you just have to literally find something else to eat cause majority waffle houses in certain areas are filled with slow people who can NOT make simple food that they don't even have to season and still mess up your order. Give you cold food with NO utensils or salt & pepper. Runny eggs that were supposed to be scrambled WELL DONE... and of course my hash browns were overcooked & hard as a rock. Yall should just stick to Olive Garden or something but then again that might still be too much for yall. Leave cooking to everyone else but yall . read more

Weary from a whirlwind weekend road trip from Chattanooga TN to Tampa FL my husband Kevin & I stopped in at the Waffle House in Lake Park GA (#0671) on our way home for a midnight bite to eat & caffeine fix. To say that we were absolutely DELIGHTED by the experience is an understatement. The young guy behind the grill & "G" our server provided a wonderful meal, excellent service, & an all-around exceptional experience. I wanted a quick meal that wasn't fast food. I got it. The waffles were delicious and the food was good. I asked for bacon extra crispy and I got it. I also got my food while it was hot. Now back on the road to continue my trip. If they could do one thing better it would be to keep the restrooms clean. They were "clean" but could use some improvement also. Shane and Kevin are the $#@&. Great service. Great attitudes. Kevin did a great job on my food. Im a chef and im hard to please. Each bite was perfect. Shane up sold me. Took all my moneys. I had only planned on having one waffle and well (see picture) nonetheless I loved the conversation. I took a lot from it. These two are way bigger than this place. So give them a raise. As with most people who probably visit a Waffle House, we were passing along on the interstate and as breakfast time came around this was the location we picked. Now I've been in a number of Waffle Houses and so when I come into a place like this, I certainly don't think of top end service or food... just the basics and most importantly, you get in, eat and get out back on the road. In my experiences with Waffle Houses (as with most food chains) they all tend to blur together and none stand out for any particular reason. But, that has changed thanks to the staff and simple experience we had here. First, the service was outstanding. While texting my wife I was taking a picture of my daughter and the waitress said hold on there.... she went running into the back and came back with two paper, Waffle House hats and had us put them on... then came around and took our picture which is what we sent to my wife to show her where we were eating. Our waitress got the order correct, ensured our drinks were full and the food got to the table while piping hot. As anticipated... we got in there, ate, received excellent customer service, the food was good and we were out of there. All within 25 min and it was real cheap too! This was my daughters first time at a Waffle House and she left it with a big smile. read more

A Waffle House is usually just a Waffle House no matter where you go, but as we all know some are better than others. I popped into this one on Christmas evening, knowing that Exit 18 off 75S was one of the last places to get food en route to Jacksonville. The place was packed but you could tell the shift leader was holding it all together and doing it with a smile. He chatted with my boyfriend and I for a while, telling us about the FEMA Waffle House test. The food was normal and good as it gets, but the service here really stuck out. It was Christmas night and everyone was just happy and attentive and friendly as can be. Best Waffle House I've ever been to. We tipped generously for their time and hit the road. I wish I could remember the managers name. He deserves a raise. Maybe Andy? read more

Yeek. So, this place is tiny. And not very clean (don't even think about using the men's restroom, you're better off peeing in the bushes outside). And staffed by line cooks who can screw up basic things like 'egg and cheese sandwich' (they forgot the cheese). And the staff doesn't wash their hands after using the toilet. Stay far, far away. read more

I soon as I walked in the environment was awesome. Crystal was the best servers I've ever had. Coke here and you'll see why. The food was hot and fast. I came in here with the usual expectation of fast, cheap food and friendly service. I was disappointed by a number of things. First, as I came in, I asked three different people if we could order to go. They all just stared at me like I had three heads. I had to check my shoulders just to be sure. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was around $3.50. That's all I wanted. They asked if i wanted anything else and I said no. Well, somehow a simple sandwich order was just too much to handle as I ended up paying almost double what I expected to ($6.50) and got hash browns I clearly said no to. I just wanted to get out of there so I payed and left but WOW! I really thought fast food place people were dumb but these morons take the cake. The entire staff was messing around dropping things for the 10 minutes I was there watching. It shouldn't have taken that long for one sandwich. A cup fell and they just picked it up and put it back like that was okay. Basic knowledge of sanitation rules seems like it would be common sense but not for these geniuses. Never again. read more
