After serious consideration we settled on sharing the Trinity platter which came with brisket, spare ribs and sausage links. We opted out of the sausage and upgraded the platter with pastrami. The Texas Trinity platter also comes with choices of pickles, one small sized side, we had Mac and Cheese, and 2 rolls. The portions were satisfying and good to share. The meats, oh my! All were smoked and cooked to perfection! Moist, juicy, and tender! Even better, they were seasoned so well there is no need for the also perfect sauces they offer! Nevertheless, it was a lot of money for the food that I had received. I would feel a bit better if the food was better but sadly everything was just so salty.
