My bread was soft and delicious with cheese just dripping out! Just the way I like it. It has a lot of beef and was very flavorful. The banana lemonade was like a slush and was very very sweet, but still tasted good. There's not much for ambiance except for some ads for what they serve and a little standing room table you can eat at if you'd like. I haven't had any major complaints or problems with my food. I just placed a order about 3 mins ago I will post a pic and let you know what time it arrives (_I choose delivery) when it gets here. I ordered a pizza puff with a side of nacho cheese (they always forget the cheese, hope they don't this time), gymshoe sandwich for my mom... Steak and chicken fajitas, for my lunch, gyro for my dinner with extra toppings and 2 sides of gyro sauce (again I hope they don't forget the sauces) and a pink lemonade... Was a frequent customer of Zaza until I moved out of the area. a few years later still remembering that crazy good flavor of the grape lemonade- recommend trying if u haven't had the grape. I decided to stop by. I ordered 12 piece party wings and my lemonade of course. The wings came with fries and no ranch . Always a bottle of ranch in the refrigerator so wasn't a big a deal. The wings were sauced nicely and they were nice hot and had a good flavor. Fries also fresh hot and not a bad tasting at all. Overall my only complaint was the lack of ranch. If there was a way to give this place negative reviews, I would. That being said, one star is the best I can do. My fiance and two of our friends ordered some late night snacks while we were hanging out, and found this place. It sounded pretty good so we figured we would give it a try. Terrible decision. We ordered five lemonades (two watermelon, a strawberry, an orange and a banana), an iced tea, fried pickle spears, boneless wings, and two desserts to split between the four of us. We placed our order (on GrubHub) around 9 PM, and were told it would arrive around 10:10 PM. That time rolled around and nothing. We figured we would give it a little time, everyone is late on occasion, no big deal. 10:20 arrived and we decided to give them a call. After trying to get through for 10 minutes, someone picked up, my fiance started to talk and they hung up on him. This happened three more times. So it's 10:40 and we decided that if they hadn't arrived by 11 PM, we would just go pick it up. It came just before we were about to leave, and they didn't even come to the door to deliver it. The delivery driver called and very incoherently said he was on our street out front. My fiance said ok, and the guy told him to come get it, which I think is ridiculous. You're being tipped and you are charging a delivery fee to deliver to someone, you don't make them leave their house to come to you. So my fiance goes out and there are four people in the car and they shove the food out the window to him and drive off. They were all smoking and when he brought the food inside everything reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the lemonades we ordered smelled like smoke. We go to pass out food and we notice while we have received two watermelon lemonades, we've also got two strawberry lemonades and no orange or banana. Instead of iced tea, we got a warm can of Sprite. We start unpacking food and only one dessert was right. The other was supposed to be a turtle cheesecake and it had some sort of red gel on it instead. The fried pickle spears weren't cooked all the way, so while the batter on the outside looked fine, the batter on the inside was just goop. Everything was cold. I'm glad we bought through GrubHub because otherwise we probably would have never seen a refund from these people, based on all the reviews I read after this all happened. We just received a delivery from ZaZa steak and lemonade and I had to get on a write a review! We ordered the gyro cheeseburger and the gym shoe sub sandwich. First, the gyro cheeseburger was amazing!!! It was exactly what I was picturing when I read the description. The gyro meat appeared to be nice thick pieces cut right from the roast, which is exactly what I like(as opposed to the cheap thin slices that you can buy from some delis). There was also a good amount of gyro meat that they put on it. It wasn't a messy burger either. There was just the right amount of sauce on it. I thought this burger was a great idea and I really enjoyed it! Next, the gym shoe sub. This sandwich was really good too! It came with Italian beef, gyro meat, and corned beef, which we also thought sounded amazing! The sandwich did come with lettuce and onions, which wasn't on the menu, but I guess sandwiches do usually come with some sort of toppings lol I just wasn't expecting it. Anyways, I thought the mix of meats was even and plentiful, same great gyro meat used and the Italian beef was good too. I do think the corned beef was thin sliced deli meat tho. Fresh, thick cut, crumbly corned beef will always be better tho. But it still had a very nice flavor that I was hoping to taste, which I did. The melted cheese was also perfect for the mix! Not enough to make it messy, but plenty to taste in every bite. Again, it also wasn't drowned in sauces, which was nice. The bread was also very good and tasted fresh. Another great sandwich that we're happy we ordered! The delivery guy was also very nice! I plan on ordering from here a lot more in the future! I am a high school teacher at an MPS high school, and held a month-long competition between my classes. The winning class won a free lunch on me from anywhere they wanted- they picked this restaurant to deliver. I tried to order the delivery (100 wings) a day ahead, but they said that they would "forget" about the order if they put it in a day early. Called the day of, said I would like the order at 10:50, 11am AT THE LATEST. They said no problem. Instead, the food was not delivered until 11:45, completely bypassing the kids lunch period. They sat in an empty room waiting for food that never came for 40 minutes, and then went to their next class with empty stomachs. Not to mention they kept saying the driver was "only 5 mins away" and I received no refund ("we'll give you a discount next time" let me tell you there will be no next time). This review concerns the 9618 W. Fond Du Lac Ave. location. We ordered two rib eye sandwiches, one Philly Cheese Steak, and one double Cheese Burger. The Cheese Burger was Okay. The Cheese Steak was loaded with green pepper, and the cheese was there but seemed too have evaporated somehow, most of this sandwich was thrown away.
