It came out towards a medium. Venison tends to be extremely lean. This dish was served perfectly with beets and squash. Ended the meal with a dark chocolate pie which was also excellent. It's very good and the potato pancake is a nice touch. Over my visits I've also enjoyed trying the short rib gnocchi, butter chicken, and brussels. They also have a small party room which I have attended an event in before which is always a nice touch. It's secluded and of course much quieter than their main dining area which can get pretty loud!

The meal came with a cornbread muffin. Their soft drinks here are canned and with one and tax my bill was $17 and change. The prices here are reasonable. While the vegetables were hot and good tasting the chicken was barely warm. It was a victim of the dreaded non heated serving pan it was in and being kept out on the line too long. That deserves no more than a 3 score from me. The interior was also a little chaotic with a man selling colognes and perfumes inside! I don't believe he was affiliated with Daddy's.....
