Petrone Locksmith came in with the most reasonable price so I went with them. I checked one of the keys in all 3 doors and verified those worked and went about my days. The new tenant came in and had trouble with one of the doors, as did the keys I gave to my husband and daughter. I contacted Petrone, told them that I wanted to get over and check the keys just to make sure it wasn't a "you"ser error and they responded timely, letting me know to keep them posted because they would have no problems coming back out to make sure all the keys were in working order. Well, it wasn't a "you"ser error. I could get one key to work but it took too much effort. Reached out to let them know and they were quick to come back stating that they guaranteed their work. Replaced batteries only to realize that the remote deprogrammed (I've purchased key fobs from other businesses and never had to get reprogrammed 3 times in one year) I had no problem going to them due to the malfunctioning remote (travelled 30 mins) everything worked fine, then a couple months later the fob doesn't work again.
