I only used this service bc Lexus of Richmond sent them out to replace my car key, sold me on a key fob which I spent nearly $200 for and within 3 months the remote no longer worked. Replaced batteries only to realize that the remote deprogrammed (I've purchased key fobs from other businesses and never had to get reprogrammed 3 times in one year) I had no problem going to them due to the malfunctioning remote (travelled 30 mins) everything worked fine, then a couple months later the fob doesn't work again. I called and was grateful I only had to go 6 mins away to get reprogrammed only for 5 days later I go to unlock/start my truck in 20 degree weather w 3 kids and the doors wouldn't unlock. So now I'm left to use a key to manually unlock the driver door rush to start otherwise the alarm will go off and then unlock the other doors to let my kids in the car (2 under 1 years old) in 20 degree weather.
