I used this service for a staycation back in 2015 and all was great! I'm trying to book a service and every card I used is declined. I was given a gift card and want to pay the difference. I even lowered the time so the gift card would cover the full service and it still request a card and declines. It's making me think they're scamming people's cards. Theres no number to call or no online chat. Thanks Ryne, but you haven't explained how I can book a massage with a gift card that covers the full amount of the service. My therapist was 25 mins late. She said there was traffic, it was a Tuesday at 11am in Crofton Maryland. Now you tell me if you believe that. I had to reach out to the app to get updates and as everyone has said the customer service was TERRIBLE! I got passed to 3 different people in my 30 min ordeal to figure out where she was. The best they gave me was a $50 and I'm sorry you're upset. Like what?!?! No accountability. Feedback for the app: 1) You should provide a standard timeframe for your therapists to arrive prior to the appointment. I find it very hard to believe traffic was this bad on a Tuesday at 11am, but if you choose to believe that it's your choice 2) I should have been contacted proactively if they were going to be late vs me reaching out desperately for updates 3) During this exchange, I was passed to 3 different people vs one person making sure everything was properly handled 4) You as an app and provider of service need to take accountability for the failure of the beforehand mentioned items instead of just saying I'm sorry you're upset read more

I was happy with the two therapists that showed up at my home. I agree with Michael T. The Zeel corporation has the worst customer service I've experienced, considering a Better Business Bureau formal complaint. They purposely do not answer the phone, voicemails are not returned, and the chat feature only has a few options. Do not provide a credit card for a membership; you will not stop the charges; the account doesn't match up to the app request- charged double. Good concept, but poor execution. read more

The therapist cancelled with 15 mins warning. Our group was there waiting for them to arrive. Many had traveled to be there. It was completely embarrassing for me as the host. They gave me no contact information to even talk to someone about it. Worst company ever. read more

My therapist informed me at the appointment time that she would be 30-45 min late because the app sent her to the wrong address. The time of arrival kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Finally, after almost 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment, I told her don't bother coming. I left a voicemail, emailed, and started online chats with zeel. No response. Terrible customer service. They still have my money for a service I never received. Don't use zeel. read more

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. For my boyfriend's birthday I decided to get a couple's massage. When making the appointment I didn't like when I asked for 2 women I was told they didn't have 2 women would I like a man and a woman or 1 woman doing our massages back to back. I said neither. I asked for someone on Friday. They then booked someone for the same day and sent me a confirmation text for 2 hrs later lol. I said no but they could come on Thursday. They brought in massage tables. You have to provide two sheets and a pillow case. They also bring a large clock and soothing music. I ended up falling asleep. I didn't feel the price was too steep also. Kaye and Melissa were fantastic. We got the deep tissue massage. They would check in with us making sure we were comfortable. I've decided to make this a monthly treat for us. Highly recommend! read more

Used to love Zeel! Met so many great therapists. It was convenient...well priced. I was in from the very beginning getting regular massages and allowing for the monthly charge. After pandemic we moved, so even though I had a credit I hadn't accessed the website for a while. Then my husband got some weird charges on his credit card. I tried to get in my Zeel account to see what was going on and my account was unrecognized. I changed the password, several times, tried different browsers, called the help line, (no answer) emailed (no response) created a new account to speak with the help bot (no help). It's been a few weeks of this frustration and I'm amazed that such a good company has become such a bad company. Who wants to shout at a company from the Yelp pages or file BBB complaints? Inexperienced company with zero Customer Service and disgruntled massage therapists ( had one recently that complained about their position during the entire massage). Absolutely the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. If you get a good therapist then you are lucky, however if you don't you have no recourse but to pay for it. Trying to contact anyone in the company is truly an exercise in futility. No phone number. No response on their "chat line (even after a 20 min wait in the middle of the day). The company used to be good - pre-covid. They have been on a downward spiral since then and may have finally hit bottom. Do not subscribe with them. Very disappointing. I tried this as a gift for my wife, who is out of town. Made the appointment days in advance and told her about it. She was really looking forward to a good massage. I was a hero. Sadly, the masseuse canceled 2 hours before the appointment. What a let down. read more

Great customer service. My mom threw her back out. In an emergency, I ordered a gift massage for my mom for area code 20746. Zeel serviced that area, where the competitor company (Soothe) did not. I used Zeel for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely spectacular. In the morning, I ordered a massage that afternoon within a three-hour window, and 10 minutes later, I got a text confirmation that Laura would be by at 2:30. She was 5 minutes early, and immediately made me feel at ease. The massage was wonderful, and Laura was very friendly and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the couple's message I ordered on the app ( very easy). It was very easy and professional. Not too pricey which makes it affordable to do as often as you want. Always a promo code and way you help your friends out who are in need of a message. My appt was at 5:45 pm they where on time came in set up. We got on the table and the vacation began for 1 whole hr. Pure bliss I had a Jacquelyn and Maxine so if you get one of them you are sure to want to schedule again.
