I had to write my first review in 7 years of Yelping just because of how outstanding Zelda's is. I came in expecting a small business that largely handled batch orders and perhaps large automation with a machine. What I found was an incredibly diligent, careful, and passionate woman creating high-quality work at a reasonable price. I had the pleasure of meeting Zelda herself (after scheduling an appt. to view my item with her husband, Chris) and she was incredibly kind and patient in helping me choose the best design for the item I was embroidering. While I was prepared to defer to her judgment, she insisted on bringing me to her computer, taking time to help me select fonts, and even printed a few varying sized proofs to attach to the item so I could see it myself before it was final. Zelda is a perfectionist, an ideal quality when it comes to making something special yours with personalization. The material on the object I brought was incredibly fussy (multiple layers of varying thickness) and she took her time to carefully fit and place it such that it looked absolutely perfect. She even took special care to hold it such that it didn't leave hoop marks since the item could not be washed at home. The end product was not only flawless but one in which a professional walked me through every step of the design process, far above and beyond what I could have expected. She has every color of the rainbow for thread options, along with silver, gold, and electric blue metallic (they can special order any additional metallics for you, too). The prices are extremely reasonable and same-day rush is only $25 extra (most places are way more)! They do patches and screen prints, too. I cannot recommend this place enough; Zelda truly puts her heart into every piece of work and I will be coming back. read more

Amazing quality and service. From the moment we reached out to them until we received our order, Gris and her team were very helpful and patient. Gris gave us great advice on our design and made sure the styles and dimensions would look good on the shirts and hats. We were on a tight deadline and had to pick up our order after work (around 8pm), for which they were very understanding and even made the time afterwards to go over our order and see if there was anything we'd like to change. Rude when I called to get a quote. Their business hours were standard but when I called around noon the guy was like " We're home based you need to call after 4 next time" maybe you should get a separate line with an answering machine if you don't like to answer your posted business telephone number. Call back?! Yeah right ! Plus they were more than twice the price of other places. Glad I didn't leave my embroidery order with them I can imagine having to work around their schedule to try and pick up my order or something. Word of advice to the business. Get an answering service with a separate phone line And don't let that guy who answered ever answer the phone again, he hurts your business. read more

If I could give them more stars I definitely would. This spring I ordered 11 stoles to be embroidered for my organization's graduating class. They were very patient when deciding the colors and gave great advice when picking them out. After getting everything ready it took 3-4 days to have them ALL done so that I would be able to ship them out to the members. They made our vision into reality! I can't say enough about Zelda's. I worked with Chris, what an awesome dude. This was my first experience with Zelda's and I will for sure be a returning customer. I called Zelda's with a very tight and short deadline (I always wait last minute). Luckily Chris was able to help me out and push my order through. We met with Chris and went over my logo details, this is when I realized I found an amazing company. Their customer service is impeccable!!! They truly go above and beyond for their customers; they have numerous amounts of different colors and finishes of thread. They are very detailed oriented, and really want you to be satisfied with your order. They will send you pictures of how your product will look, so that you have an idea of how it will look and make final changes if you would like. Once you receive the picture, you can either ask for last minute changes or approve it before they run it. I am glad that when I searched on yelp for a near by embroidery place I took a shot at Zelda's Embroidery because of their great ratings. I was very impressed by how involved they were with my order and were willing to show me two different ways my name could be placed on my sash. They sent me pictures of my first and last name running across and stacked. I ultimately went with the stacked choice.
