In fear that I would be left debilitated again, I began looking for an acupuncture clinic nearby me. I found Lao Lao acupuncture on Yelp, and contacted Dr. Sarah over the phone and explained my symptoms even after their closing hours. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, where I met Dr. Sarah and Dr. Deborah who were very professional and spent half an hour pinpointing locations that I had issues with. During this period, Dr. Sarah treated my neck which led to a burst of tears, not from pain but from relief. I'm not sure if they realized at the time, but they continued the treatment and after putting in the last needle, I felt a HUGE wave of emotions that I've bottled over the years from fear and I couldn't hold back the tears anymore. The whole session was extremely therapeutic and cleansing, and since then my nerve pain has subsided and has become more manageable. I was lost for words and trying to explain how thankful I was led to more crying. Dr. Deborah gave me a hug, sat me down and soothed my back, and relieved a critical point of stress. But after 5 years it was still a rollercoaster of eczema coming and going and getting very severe at times, making it hard for her to sleep at night. I came here and she used a combination of acupuncture using some electric hand held thing (instead of needles), and some method to decrease her flare ups which I won't describe here because I think you just have to try it. Hi everyone, Here…read moreis my update. I finally buckled and gave chiropractic a try. I was in horrible pain and it was making it tough to concentrate at work, however now I am feeling great and I thank the staff at Sonie Clinic for it. Dr. Sandhu and Patty treated me for my back pain, radiating sciatica down my left leg and inability to sit. Excruciating pain for sitting especially since I have a desk job. Not all chiropractors are the same. You have your aggressive treatment ones and your more relaxed ones. Let me tell you what happened to me. I started having low back pain and radiating down my left leg. It was like that for two months. I couldn't even sit at work. I tried a few things and it didn't work. Dr. Sandhu advised a non-aggressive treatment that included two visits a week for trigger point therapy and then tapering off to once a week. She found that my pelvis was out of alignment and I think it has been like that for over 10 years and giving me off and on pain for years. Why couldn't my other doctors see that and fix me. Why did I have to live with it for so long? Well I am fixed and pain-free. God, pain is just so annoying. It can drive you crazy. If you are hurting and normal pain management is not working, go see Dr. Sandhu.

Address seemed to be wrong on GPD as almost took me to a residential area. The office is last the McDonald's, next to JK liquor store and a few Chinese restaurants. And RawASF which I will need to try. First timer for acupuncture! When I walked in, you can smell the herbal medication in the office. 2 ladies at front desk. Wrote name on clip board & filled form, advised to wait. I don't speak Chinese but all staff and patients do. Saw several people, come in, walk out , go in to back exam rooms while I waited. At least 10 15 minutes then I was called in by female, who did quick assessment on my intake form I filled out at front desk, then advised me to remove top and put gown and leave pants on. Male dr? Came in, assessment & vitals done , reviewed my medical form I filled out then said to lie face down on massage table, said he's going to place needles in certain areas and use heat and stimulation to back, My ailments were plantar fasciitis to Left foot, low back pain.
