I came in for indicas and walked out with sativas. What could have been as simple as a 25 dollar exchange and us admitting that we both could've paid more attention to the order - I was told that they cannot refund the product unless it is defective and that they will be willing to take 25% off my next order. Hitting the tax exempt button does not rectify the situation. I weighed my options and decided to skip off to their competition up the street. I had a significantly better experience. read more

Incompetent staff couldn't seem to ring up the order, after 4-5 attempts and 3-4 trips to the back room to fix the computers. They don't take cards like every other dispensary, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if they could get the price right. They'll tell you one price, so you go to the ATM to get cash, then they re-ring your entire order and it comes out $60 more than the original price, so you have to go back to the ATM? Just go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration. read more

Big corporation taking advantage of cannabis tropes, while viewing their products as morally indefensible. Sales prices that come out to Pennie's less than everyday prices to artificially drive traffic. Customer service is nearly nonexistent and managers are both rude and free with misinformation about policies. Rather than try to rectify a situation, their basic go to is "well, you can go somewhere else ‍" upon attempting to communicate feedback to corporate, I was told there is no way and that the support email was the only way to go. No wonder barely anyone stays working there for more than a month or so. read more

If your first person you go to doesn't want to inform you of your choices, and shows you the computer screen after I already asked him about the item we wanted, ask for another advisor! We come in here to be educated on the items you have, not look at the computer to figure it out. I guess I could of taken time and looked it all up before coming in but then why would you need these advisors? Might as well have a vending machine! Oh and the other thing, don't have a conversation with your significant other about being dissatisfied with the help because workers have big ears and run to the manager. Manager follows us to our new advisor thinking we are bad people I guess without even approaching us to ask why we were dissatisfied with the first guy? All they want is your money. This was my favorite dispensary for a LONG time but sadly since the recreational law passed, they've made no attempt to differentiate their medical customers from the recreational users other than forming lines which results in two separate lines for entry that move at a snails pace. The frustration only grows when you finally make it inside to realize the line outside could possibly move faster if all the employees weren't aimlessly walking from counter to counter and talking to eachother while the patients and users anxiously wait for their name to be called. It also doesn't matter if you order ahead, order online, or order when you get there--- you're still going to wait and wait awhile, friend. It doesn't matter if you have glaucoma, fibromyalgia, or just bad back pain--you're still going to wait right along with the individual looking to smoke while they play video games... they may even go before you. If you have all day to wait for them to retrieve your order (90 mins), then go wait in line (15 mins) followed by another wait in your car (45 mins), it's totally your choice. I spend alot of money HERE.got a bad cartridge and brought it back spoken with a manger Vince. We spoke about the situation, i was told they had no more on the rocks live Rosin cartridges ,if i wanted a house product which was not near as good as what i ordered, i told.him is it as good he stated no. So I waited.few weeks went back they still didnt have it, went back a few weeks later asked again and remind you i live 25 miles away. Trys to offer me same deal giving me something of lesser value. I bought something and told him i would wait still .now its about a month i go in ask of the on the rocks cartridges are in yet same answer No and the manager Vince comes out same story no cartridge. I then say i will wait still and what are the prices after tax on timless he states he doesnt know its 65 plus tax i stated i thought it was 45 plus tax he then said well of you knew why the fuck are you asking me. Wow like i told him there is no reason for a manager to treat a payong costomer this way. I gave him no attitude or reason to talk to me in that tone and loudly as he did workers and costomers froze in shock as well as i did. I am not saying the costomer is always right but in no situation is a management supposed to handle any situation like that . Even if i was cussing at him and making a scene which i was not he did that for the both of us.. i called.it in 3 times askong to talk to corporate. They said they will not be giving me a call back and not let me know how the situation gets handled. I stated well then i dont want to but im going to have to put a bad review up im not going to just sit here and let this be ok...so im not shopping there anymore my family won't eaither or friends . This is one of the nicer dispensary locations in Chandler and offers a huge selection of products. The staff is always very helpful and friendly in making suggestions. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because of their prices being higher than other places in Tempe and Scottsdale. read more

i wanted to like zen leaf because it's a convenient location. however their stock is consistently made up of lower thc products. they no longer track loyalty points since becoming zen leaf the budtender often have no insights on the strains or the strain listing are completely off base i.e indicas listed as sativa or hybrid. i encourage you to check them against allbud or leafly. the grossest offense is that they will give you the wrong items. you will get home and realize and customer service will not support you. i just hung up and was advised to check my bad before leaving next time. Mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened with this dispensary. typically i'd just drive back up there ,i shouldn't have to do that. but yea lady i'm going to fight with this insanely difficult plastic bag to verify that the cashier has the capability to properly bag 2 items. there are so many dispensaries to choose from. go elsewhere beloved read more

This is the third time I have visited Territory Dispensary and each time I have found all the service agents very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. During my last visit Victoria at reception was super pleasant and made me feel welcome. They follow Covid protocol and seem to have a wide variety of products. Placed an online order and got a text saying my order was ready to pick-up. Arrived at the location and they said they didn't have my order. Called their help number and the girl confirmed my order was there and ready to pick-up. Walked back inside the dispensary and the same girl told me they don't have it and she doesn't know what to tell me. I was literally on the phone with the zenleaf agent at the same time who was listening to the budtender tell me they don't have my order and the zenleaf agent said she could see it on her end. The budtender said "they don't know what they're talking about they're in Florida". HUH? It's literally your contact center please tell me how this makes sense?! The zenleaf agent told me to just leave and she would call the store to try to figure out what happened to the order but that they are having trouble getting in touch with the store. SO bottom line the customer service line is great but the actual dispensary location and budtender's working there have 0 customer service skills 0 sense of urgency 0 sense of professionalism for talking poorly of their own co-workers (even if they do live in Florida like who cares) and are 0 help. Like thank you for texting me that my order was ready and then telling me you couldn't help me when I arrived especially since I came on my lunch break aaaand now get to leave back to work empty handed read more

Drove 25 minutes to go to this dispo because it was recommended by a friend, called ahead to see how late they were accepting people, they said until 10pm and I asked is 9:50 too late? She said no. When I got there they said they weren't accepting people past 9:45. Why even tell me to come if you weren't going to let me in the first place. Waste of time. 1.0 1 star Terrible service Upon arriving there is no line so me and my boyfriend are excited to walk in. We are asked for our name and phone number and then told rudely to wait in our car for 15 min to enter, at this point no one has told us after we waited to enter we will have to wait again to be called up to the bud counter. It took more than 15 to wait in the car and once inside we are told to wait 15 more minutes to come up.? So we waited 30 min it would have been appreciative if right away the man at the front let us know it would be about 20-30 min before entering AND getting called up to the counter. Then also they wouldn't let me up to the counter with my boyfriend and only let one person up at a time which is also something they failed to mention upon arrival I suggest letting customers know the full time it will take and all the rules they have to follow so there are no surprises not to mention the man at the front and the lady at the counter when you walk in we're not welcoming at all and saw multiple staff members not wearing mask properly read more

There's no reason when in a line of 4 people, we should have to wait 20 minutes outside in the sun then another 30 minutes sitting once being called into the shop. They gave me indica and when I went back and spoke to a manager Taylor to make things right she too gave me a hybrid when I specifically asked for sativa. I didn't see it until I got home. When I called she lied and told me she told me it was a hybrid. Why would I go to the trouble if I wanted a hybrid. She also tried to bait and switch me on the tier. Terrible awful dishonest place. Reporting to the State of Arizona for as long as it takes to make a difference. They are ripping all their customers off. read more

I was able to talk to them about different strains and what helps some conditions. They had a good variety of strains, specially hybrids. GM is incredibly rude. I placed an online order and was told it was ready an hour before I arrived. Whalen I arrived everyone was standing randomly, no line, so I ask what's going on and no other customer knows. So GM mike comes in and out to collect cards but he doesn't collect mine and collects others except me. He then starts to help someone who hasn't even placed an order yet when mines been done for an hour. When I asked what is going on my order is ready and I still have my card. He don't feel the need to explain it to me and told me he "didn't need to talk to me" when I was confused and frustrated on how the order he was calling people during the corona virus outbreak. Then when I ask to speak with him again when inside and let him know what I thought the problem was in the lack of communication is and his response is "you can leave or you can get your stuff". Ridiculous. Never wanted a problem just wanted to clear the air in what I was frustrated about but he didn't care at all. Can't believe I gave you guys my money when you don't value a customer AT ALL. Then when I try to complain to someone about the GM, everyone tells me he's untouchable???? Couldn't believe it read more
