Was informed that since it was my first time, I got a nice discount so that was cool. Once he checked me in, he then walked me over to the order room and opened the door for me. I bought a pen for concentrates and keep having issues with the product. First time it stopped working In less then 24 hours, they did replace that with no problem which was nice. Second pen worked for about 1 week and started losing power after cleaning and charging as instructed. When I went to return that pen, I was informed that this would be my last return. (Box says 1yr warranty) I wasn't happy to hear that change of policy after I had bought the item but what really upset me was when I took the third pen it had a defect before even using it. (Coil is loose and can't be tighten) When I called in I was told that the pen that was sold to me broken/defective counted as my last return. Had a similar experience in the past but decided to not make a deal about it, not this time. read more

This place is full of uneducated staff that don't know their state laws, they stated they wouldn't take my unexpired vertical license because they follow liquor laws but Governor Doug Ducey passed the law in 2016 stating you don't need a horizontal license to purchase alcohol / marijuana as long as you're over 21 and im 22. They lost my money because their staff is ignorant and doesn't know the laws in the state they're selling Jars on greenfield has scanned my ID and gave no issue so they get my future sales. Front staff is friendly! Staff working in the back for distribution of medicine suck. You can tell the difference in the employees that actually want to be there versus the employee that do not. Such an unpleasant first time experience at this dispensary from an uninterested, impatient, lack of knowledge employee. It felt so forced and like I was taking too much of his time. Closest dispensary to my home, have had ok experiences but honestly after using other places like GreenPharms, Curaleaf and even the Mint I realize just how bad their practices are. I've seen all of the before mentioned dispensaries handle more people in literally half the time. The employees seem too busy being "cool" or talking than actually trying to move along the large line of people who believe it or not have other things to do than hang out in a line. Honestly The slightly cheaper wax and cartridges don't even compel me to want to go back. When you see someone who has waited over an hour go to leave you shouldn't condescendingly inform them they could have ordered online, because that's what one of your employees tried to pull on me. Maybe go out when you see a large line and inform the people waiting to order online if it goes so much faster, literally over an hour to help twenty people (I did a head count). Have fun being put out of business in a year when everyone finally gets the clones they need to become independent from your price gouging incompetent practices. read more

I Like The giving Tree Wellness center in Mesa. Everytime I have gone in they treat me nicely. It is quiet and comfortable inside. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are friendly. The meds are okay. I have gone in a few times and came out with some really great stuff. Once in awhile they have some good deals. I come here when I can. I nkow they offer other services besides medication, like massage and I think getting your MMJ card. I like this place, I just wish it was closer. This 25 mile rule sucks.
