Came in for the first time around 3:05pm. Don't remember the initial greeting from guy at the front but he was friendly (brunette hair, glasses). Was informed that since it was my first time, I got a nice discount so that was cool. Once he checked me in, he then walked me over to the order room and opened the door for me. Went to get in line but I was next so one of the guys told me to come right to counter. Shoutout to JORDAN for helping me out on my first visit. Employee told me there was no manager and if I had a problem to report to corporate. I asked if I can have my veteran discount added to my purchase and he EXTREMELY RUDELY told me to go else where and that his store doesn't do that and that there are no managers who work here and that everyone is a manager. I obviously know this isn't true and want to file a formal complaint to the employee who I ask for his name and he said he doesn't have to do shit and got out from behind the counter and approached me very threateningly. Only problem was when I opened my stiiizy disposable it wasnt even the one I ordered looks like it was replaced with a different .5g stiiizy disposable. my timeless cart looked like it had wax on the outside. I bought a pen for concentrates and keep having issues with the product. First time it stopped working In less then 24 hours, they did replace that with no problem which was nice. Second pen worked for about 1 week and started losing power after cleaning and charging as instructed. When I went to return that pen, I was informed that this would be my last return. (Box says 1yr warranty) I wasn't happy to hear that change of policy after I had bought the item but what really upset me was when I took the third pen it had a defect before even using it. (Coil is loose and can't be tighten) When I called in I was told that the pen that was sold to me broken/defective counted as my last return. Had a similar experience in the past but decided to not make a deal about it, not this time. read more

This place is full of uneducated staff that don't know their state laws, they stated they wouldn't take my unexpired vertical license because they follow liquor laws but Governor Doug Ducey passed the law in 2016 stating you don't need a horizontal license to purchase alcohol / marijuana as long as you're over 21 and im 22. They lost my money because their staff is ignorant and doesn't know the laws in the state they're selling Jars on greenfield has scanned my ID and gave no issue so they get my future sales. Sad a place that claims they're for medical cannabis but they denied someone that recently had neck surgery from getting their meds for a non existent law. read more

Front staff is friendly! Staff working in the back for distribution of medicine suck. You can tell the difference in the employees that actually want to be there versus the employee that do not. Such an unpleasant first time experience at this dispensary from an uninterested, impatient, lack of knowledge employee. It felt so forced and like I was taking too much of his time. I attempted to also discuss first time patient discounts if applicable and was told it's BOGO in anything in the store but as soon as I said I wanted to use a BOGO on a specific item, it was a no. Understandable but just make sure you use your first patient discount that visit or you lose it! The worst customer service, I went in with my fiancé and they said he could not go in with the identification he had, I told them that at other dispensaries they let him in and the idiot lady and dumb ass guy said no he can't. They didn't even bother to look him up in the system to see if he had been to any Harvest. Closest dispensary to my home, have had ok experiences but honestly after using other places like GreenPharms, Curaleaf and even the Mint I realize just how bad their practices are. I've seen all of the before mentioned dispensaries handle more people in literally half the time. The employees seem too busy being "cool" or talking than actually trying to move along the large line of people who believe it or not have other things to do than hang out in a line. Honestly The slightly cheaper wax and cartridges don't even compel me to want to go back. When you see someone who has waited over an hour go to leave you shouldn't condescendingly inform them they could have ordered online, because that's what one of your employees tried to pull on me. Maybe go out when you see a large line and inform the people waiting to order online if it goes so much faster, literally over an hour to help twenty people (I did a head count). Have fun being put out of business in a year when everyone finally gets the clones they need to become independent from your price gouging incompetent practices. read more

Have been to this store maybe half dozen times and was very satisfied. The last time, I felt that they were under new management. First they no longer carry the cornucopia brownie. After I made my selections and was ready to check out I find that they no longer accept credit cards. Being low on "back pocket money" they directed me to an ATM which I will not use, and I had to put back some selected items. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was only given a 5% discount. However, I am very disappointed to see it being taken over by harvest dispensaries. I wish natural selections stayed their own. Harvest, you've got an employee you should definitely take care of, with this one! Not only was he knowledgeable and informative, he was FAST AND EFFICIENT! He answered my questions as fast as I could spit them out. He came up with solutions to make sure I maximized my purchase! He knew the ins and outs of all the deals/specials and made sure I got the most out of my POINTS, which WOW!!! If you use points you've accumulated here, it REMOVES THE TAX!!! You CAN NOT TOP THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! The money I saved, OH MY GOSH! I'm not kidding, I've NEVER been more satisfied at any dispensary as a medical patient who NEEDS this product due to my health issues. Nothing TOUCHES my neuropathy pain like this product. I went from taking 60mg of Percocet down to almost NONE due to this. Being able to get away from a VERY ADDICTIVE PRESCRIBED medication... there are no words to express my gratitude. Back to Hunter, I could easily see this man in management due to his knowledge and efficiency. My wife sadly can't smoke so needs a topical. But almost all the topicals in Phoenix won't get you high. There's a way to do it, yet all they sell is CBD balms and lotions with no psychoactive. Maine has tons of shops that are mom and pop, with topicals that stop the pain, relax, ease you to sleep. I Like The giving Tree Wellness center in Mesa. Everytime I have gone in they treat me nicely. It is quiet and comfortable inside. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are friendly. The meds are okay. I have gone in a few times and came out with some really great stuff. Once in awhile they have some good deals. I come here when I can. I nkow they offer other services besides medication, like massage and I think getting your MMJ card. I like this place, I just wish it was closer. This 25 mile rule sucks.
