Came here earlier this week and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Informed me that they don't take vertical out of state ID's. I've never ran into this issue with a dispensary in the past 3 years. I used to work in service industry so I was polite and was just about to drive 5 minutes home to grab my passport and come back. But before I left I asked out of curiosity I haven't had that ID issue before, when did that law get enforced? And then he said rudely, if I have a problem I can go to a different dispensary. I didn't have a problem I was just curious cause I went to Sol flower last week and didn't have that issue. I left quickly confused, I was going to come back here with my passport. But after that whole vibe, his demeanor threw me off & was just bad vibes all together. I left to a different dispo and got myself a Diet Coke & went to Curaleaf and they were chill & prices were better. There was a beautiful sunset too, turned out to be a lovely end of my day. Always been a 10 star for me until now! The service is amazing and everyone I've met has been the sweetest people at all locations. My home location is the Tempe; but I do shop at Chandler and Mesa(both north and south) when I need some supply. Came in tonight to have my bank be rejected at the register. It's so sad to see, cause they've taken em all the other million times I pre order and pick up. But because of a new checkout system it no longer takes banks like Chime. They'll take all the major banks but then. All the major banks that are always in hot water with the feds for Frauds and Scams; but not Chime. Had to use the ATM which costs me $3.50, just because your card reader won't take it. I used to pay that fee before ya'll even allowed debit in the first place; I'm not doing it again. Can you imagine how much money I could have saved spending $$$$ with you guys if I didn't pay that fee? It would have been a lot and it's why I'm not going back. I'll be happily taking my medical use somewhere else. I purchase on a weekly to bi weekly bases. It's now time I start shopping around for a dispensary that accepts all payments if you guys won't. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and letting my friends know of this. I'd rather go where my payment method is accepted. And not be inconvenienced by a secluded flawed system. So...... last time I bought marijuana was from a guy named Phil in the trunk of his cutlas in the 90's. This was a new experience for a 50 year old. Back in my day there was one kind, whatever he had, not a giant menu. So this was a bit overwhelming for me my first trip. Everyone customer walked up and knew exactly what they wanted. My turn with little Ms. Emo behind the counter and as I asked first time questions INSTANTLY ANNOYED with me. Wouldn't even make eye contact with me, just rolled her eyes at her co workers. SOOOOOO sorry I need some guidance. I was quickly brushed off to someone else and shamed out of the store because I didn't know it was cash only, and all I had was a CC. My return a couple days later went better, a younger guy behind the counter showed me some patience and made some suggestions. I did get a BOGO and the patient guy behind the counter did ease my review a bit. These 2 cartridges will last me a while I think. Maybe I'll be back, maybe I won't. read more

Help! Sleep is eluding me. What do to, what to do? I know, I'm going to see if a bit of THC might be good. Off we go to Harvest that Yelp guided me to. We'd never been to a dispensary and were a bit apprehensive. Dare I say we are senior citizens? We arrive and were greeted, filled out a short form and our id's checked. We were pointed to the "recreational" area since we don't have medical marijuana cards. We knew we wanted gummies, since they seem the most benign for newbies and selected one type for lowering anxiety and promoting relaxation for one that does the opposite (for my husband). The staff was very, very helpful and frankly so were the other patrons. I heard the woman next to me say something about syrup so I asked her what that was about and the staff quickly stepped in and told me about it. We took home a small bottle to try out. My sleep has improved greatly and I feel refreshed and more energetic during the day since I've gotten a good night's sleep. I'm pretty sure we will be going back but since my husband has aches and pains, we are considering getting him the card, meaning he gets to go in the other line. ;) BTW, if you're a newbie like we were, take cash. I usually get a a couple pre rolls and used to go to the baseline location, but there there's a whatever tax that makes it more expensive than what you pay at the Elliot location. I was gonna get 2 pre rolls for $20 out the door and the great budtender told me the had a promo that for $5 more I could get 5 instead of 2. They have pretty much everything you're looking for duchies, item 9 products, alien ,drip and a lot of other great products. I also love the fact that they do this without upping the charge for being some of the only ones with Extensive high grade products. I'm writing this review as a generalized combination of my experience between this location (Tempe), north mesa, south mesa (AZNS), & harvest of chandler, I haven't been to the other locations yet. As far as environment it feels comfortable and professional, which builds confidence that I came to the right place and I'm going to make the correct purchase. This location on Elliot is a bit more "weed shop" feel. Staff so far in my experience do a good job with knowing what they're talking about, seem interested and engaged the whole transaction, again invoking confidence and excitement. Now let me get their downfall out in the open and that's the price tag on their items. Everything is a little more expensive here for some reason, and then they price their house brands (Avenue, Modern Flower, & Roll One) as if they are producing top of the market stuff and maybe they are but to start off at those prices, not worried about if u sell this or that yet cuz it's all so new and you have some savings but that's asking for a lot in the way of trust from a first time customer or patient, modern flower half oz $130. They rarely run deals worth anything either, or at all but when they DO!! They occasionally run a match your purchase from $100-$150 so that's the range one needs to spend between and then bam, they double it. read more

In that spirit, I tried a Dispensary that was highly recommended to me, especially since they carry Baked Brothers edibles. I use mmj in lieu of big pharm for pain associated with spinal and cervical fusion, migraine, anxiety, and insomnia, and frequently purchase flower and make my own edibles. My history with Baked Brothers gummies has been stellar 99% of the time; the peach gummies or worms ease pain and anxiety. The only time I had an issue was on our Anniversary, dunno why, but I got verrrrry slllllowwww, only put makeup on one side of my face until Scott noticed, and got such a case of the giggles at Orange Sky that I apologized and told the waitress I was having an odd reaction to my edibles. Oy! Since then, I have not had any issues with feeling "stoned" from my meds. The Budtenders agree that edibles have varying results based on many factors. Picked up a pen, because I don't smoke, and I'm liking it. They have a rewards program if you are going to be a frequent flyer. First time patient. Attempts to voice concerns experienced during a visit in April via available company avenues have been repeatedly ignored. Emails sent via their corporate page go unanswered. You will be just a number to this dispensary. I have not returned since and left all of my new patient discounts on the table, unused. There is an unacceptable lack of customer service as concerns go unanswered. There is no formal return policy structure posted on their corporate website nor is it covered during new patient "orientation". Would not recommend this dispensary to anyone and will tell everyone I know my full experience there. Will update this post with more details when health & time permits. Over time this became my go to dispensary because of the vibes, weed and proximity. I've enjoyed this place but since 2023 I've noticed some changes that have brought it down a bit for me. First. Prices sometimes are a bit high and I will find myself going to a different dispo for the same stuff for cheaper. (But I also LOVE they offer local weed for affordable) Second, I often find my weed to be pretty dry often (and not just pre rolls, sometimes it's flower itself) and harsh to smoke. Third and what I think really puts the icing on top for me is the online ordering. I think it's amazing and has been so beneficial when I'm getting off a late shift and racing in here to pick up my stuff. I've had to deal with a lot lately that the ordering site it down. Even on days it's not busy. The frequency I have been not able to make online orders for the past 2 months probably has increased. I hope the system is fixed indefinitely so people don't have to wait 20 minutes in line to be helped. (I understand it can't always be helped but man it's a pain) read more

There is no way I'm paying $55 for a top shelf 1/8th. You can go down the street either way and get top shelf for $25. Maybe if they had good deals or better prices I would go back. read more

So me and my friend went in today 1-23-21. We went in together to save time. The guy only took my friends order and didn't give me a chance to speak at all. And when he saw I was upset he said "you said you together." I said we came in to shop together and you didn't even let me order a thing because you cut me off and told me to go back in line. I understand they are trying to make things go fast since this is day 2 of recreational use. You should rush people to the point where you don't let people look at the product in store because you don't have all your products online. This place is bullshit and unorganized day 2 or not. Sure budtenders are supposed to be happy and helpful but Cameron is always in a good mood and super helpful.
