This place is overrated. I can see the draw of having something in this area to serve more locals, but the prices are meh' and the people are just freakin' RUDE!! The only exception is the nice girl in the front that checks you in. She is nice, and friendly. Florence and the tall, skinny, tattooed dude with gauges is also rude. There were only 4 other customers in the place and Florence just flat out refused to answer any questions I had, and would just point to the menu screens, saying this is the menu. Print it out people...it changes way too fast, across many menus. I've never been to a dispensary where the employees were so unfriendly and unprofessional. Prices have gone up. A ridiculous $3 charge for using a debit or credit card. Most of the time they have good customer service but with other options that's not enough nowadays. Sad to say my first; and most likely last; visit to this store was extremely disappointing. Looked at some menus online and nothing I wanted was in stock upon driving over 50 minutes to the store, so I simply naturally felt pressured into buying something. Bought a very expensive vape setup; hoping for the best, you get what you pay for right? It is very cheaply crafted and it has not worked since I left the store. The 510 thread on the cartridge is compatible with no vaping products, the internal coil must be completely haywire. All I had planned was to relax after one of my very first marijuana experiences but instead I spent the next 10 headache filled hours, the entire day; attempting to fix the janky product with my own makeshift solutions and nothing has worked. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been going to Zen Leaf for a while now and have helped to bring them A LOT of business. They previously had a program where the more points you accrue and save up the more each point would be worth once you cash it in. So they encourage you to not cash in your points but rather allow them to accrue which is what I did. They CLAIM to have sent out an email indicating that they are switching the points system around and that unused points would expire by a particular date but I have now checked with 4 other people that shop there - NONE of us got the email and they certainly did not do a good job of communicating it to anyone prior to stripping faithful customers of their points. (I had A LOT of points) I have also searched my email everywhere and theres no email to be found. They STOLE my points from me!! They have deliberately created a system where it is now impossible to call their locations directly rather you have to talk to someone in a call center that doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. The last person I just spoke with after every thing I said I had to ask her to acknowledge it - she wasn't even paying attention to anything I was saying!! I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for an extended period of time. The lady finally got back on the line and said "my senior management team is wrapping something up and will be right with you". ANOTHER 5 minutes later a "Sr Customer Service Rep" came to the phone - NOT a manager as requested and as per what was said to me. Needless to say she was of NO help and had to submit some ticket to get me a call back from the store. The call back came in on a Sunday morning from a number I did not recognize so I didn't answer it. The manager left a message with no call back number forcing me to go back through the customer service center AGAIN to request another call back because they don't even have the ability to connect anyone to the store which is outrageous in and of itself. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! They need to figure out if their customers exist to serve them or if they exist to serve customers. I have never seen anything like this in my life and will in addition to leaving a bad review anywhere and everywhere I can find, Ill be reaching out to regulatory authorities as well to file a formal complaint if they don't make this right in a VERY quick way. read more
